“Bluey was a magic little boy. He was wildly zestful, human-like, joyful, happy, beautifully weird, but most of all, he just wanted to be where we were. His spirit was so blindingly bright and people noticed. Strangers would tell us meeting him in the street had made their day. Friends would tell me he made them laugh at times where their lives felt dark. I have never been prouder of anything in my life than to be his mum. I have loved him fiercely since the moment I saw his sweet little face when he came to my family as foster dog needing a home. There was no way I was letting him go”.
