Eastern Hills Horse and Pony Club would like to say a massive thank you to the generosity of Mundaring Shires Matching Grant, we were able to purchase safety steps and Dressage arena markers to use at our rallies.
We recently had a camp over the weekend, and we used the steps to enabled even our youngest riders to safely mount and the additional dressage letters resplendent on our arena, as riders practice for their future dressage tests.

🐴Adult Riding members at Pony Club🐴
Did you know that you could ride at Pony Club or compete in Pony Club events as an adult? There are four categories you can ride as an adult at Pony Club and events in Western Australia.
We welcome all riders 25-80 years.
1. An Adult riding membership is offered by some clubs to enable riders to attend Rallies and compete at Pony Club events, State Championships and National events. Check club for details.
2. ⭐️A Pony Club WA Direct member is known as an open rider and they do not attend rallies but can ride at Pony Club events, State Championships and National events.
3.⭐️ A Top Up member is someone who already has a membership with EA. This membership enables you to ride at Pony Club competitions, State Championships and National events.
4. ⭐️ A One event membership enables you to compete at ONE event only for Pony Club events but not State events.
We have a come and try option for Adult riding memberships where you can Visit for 2 rallies to see if you are a good match for that club.

Eastern Hills Horse Pony Club is now inviting new members for the 2026 season. Preparations are currently underway for the upcoming season, with our first rally scheduled for February 8th. Eastern Hills is committed to providing highest level of coaching, offering lessons of exceptional quality led by qualified instructors with a strong emphasis on Horsemastership. At Eastern Hills, we are dedicated to supporting our members in achieving their certificates, which has enabled numerous members to compete at both National and International levels. Throughout the year, we will be scheduling XC rallies and camps, in addition to providing support at rallies for riders competing in State Events. Our Clubs knowledgeable members who are always available to offer guidance and assistance throughout your Pony Club journey, including at competitions and at State Events.

On the weekend, EHHPC hosted their annual (in club) Trophy Day. Lots of ribbons were won throughout the day, whether that was dressage, showjumping, games and even fancy dress.
We had members young and old show sportsmen, competitiveness and a sense of humour.

We would like to say a massive thank you to Harley from Harlsan for his continuous support of our Club and Trophy Day.

We also like to thank Angie Sorensen and her husband for giving up their time to Judge the dressage tests & best presented as well as giving encouraging comments to everyone, even our leadliners and first ridden members.

Lastly, thank you to our chief coach, Philippa Collier, for building the showjump course, judging and for your amazing singing, encouragement and commentary throughout the rounds.

Well done to all the parents and helpers who made the day run smoothly and to our members who came and support the day, we hope you all had fun!!

Our AGM and presentations will be on the 7th of December at the Mount Helena Tavern.
