🎉 Big Competition Announcement 🏆✂️🐩
I’m incredibly proud and excited to share the results from today’s dog grooming competition!
Today I competed in two divisions, and I’m so grateful to have placed in both:
🥇 1st Place – Master Salon Freestyle (Morning Session)
🥉 3rd Place – Creative Grooming (Afternoon Session)
This experience means so much to me, and I truly couldn’t have done it without the amazing support from the people and dogs who helped make it possible.
First, a huge thank you to the beautiful dogs I had the privilege of competing with:

A heartfelt thank you to her wonderful owner Tess for trusting me with Vivian and allowing her to be part of this journey.

Thank you so much to Peta Cohen for allowing Phoebe to be my creative canvas and trusting me with such a fun and artistic groom.
I would also like to give a special thank you to Dog Grooming Melbourne for bathing Vivian and completing the required preparation trims before the competition. Your help played a huge part in getting her ready for the ring.
Another big thank you to Peta for generously allowing me to use her salon to complete the creative colouring on Phoebe. Your support helped bring the design to life.

The amount of effort, organisation, and dedication that goes into running an event like this is enormous, and you truly went above and beyond to make the entire competition possible.
I would also like to acknowledge the helpers and team behind the scenes who assisted throughout the event. Even though I may not know all of your names, your hard work absolutely did not go unnoticed.
To the lovely groomers who welcomed me into the Melbourne ring, thank you so much. Your kindness, encouragement, and support throughout the day meant a lot and made the experience even more special.

Finally, I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Limerick Castle Hotel the hotel owner where I stayed during the competition.
Not only were they incredibly accommodating, but they also cheered for me throughout the event, celebrated my placements, and proudly told their employees that I was a “master groomer.” That kind of encouragement and kindness made the entire experience even more memorable.
Competitions take a village, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who supported me along the way. Today was an unforgettable experience, and I’m so proud of what we achieved together.
