After a long hiatus on this page due to moving to a smaller house and not being able to have lots of space for my beloved birds, I am now happy to share that i am now a foster carer for baby rainbow lorikeets 😍 once weaned the babies will be looking for new forever homes as they can not be released back into the wild.

Rainbow lorikeets make fabulous pets! They can even learn to talk! If your interested in adopting let me know and I can talk you through lorikeet specific care. There are requirements for new owners to be licenced to keep lorikeets and also a picture of the aviary/cage they will be living in.

The two eldest juviniles are ready for new homes and with some extra handling I think they will tame up nicely. They are very close to eachother and I think it would be best to adopt them out together if possible. The baby is still a few weeks off finding his/her new home. 🧡
