Lost Souls Animal Rescue

Lost Souls Animal Rescue A foster based animal welfare group which rescues, rehabilitates and rehomes companion animals (cats, dogs and small domestic animals).

Lost Souls Animal Rescue Inc. is a small unfunded, not-for-profit rescue group, just finding our feet and trying to get our animals better exposure until we can get a website up and running. We are based in Perth, but we have rescued, fostered and rehomed to places as far Bunbury. We rescue, rehabilitate and rehome cats, dogs and other domestic animals as needed that have been abandoned, abused or

neglected. All of our animals are in foster care and we hope to one day have a shelter of our own. We are always looking for more foster homes, so that we can increase the number of animals we can help. If you would like to become a foster carer please contact us on the number/email below. do not support backyard breeding or animals in pet shops. We believe all dogs, cats and rabbits should be sterilised unless you are an ethical registered breeder or there is a valid medical reason not to do so. We are also advocates of microchipping, as we feel it is an invaluable aid in recovering a lost pet. Furthermore we are OPPOSED to breed specific legislation and promote responsible pet ownership.

*** UPDATE*****
Thank you to Canine Welfare for providing this girl with assistance and we are glad to say shes tucked away with a wonderdul new family . Thank you to everyone who shared and reached out .

SOS ...URGENT....Perth
I was contacted by a relative who knows of a lady whos about to become homeless who has a female bulldog she needs rehousing. Not sure if any of my rescue friends can help. Her name is Paddigton ( paddy for short), shes 9. Ideally she needs to go into a foster home or adoptive home as she needs to be desexed and have a lump removed so she'll need somewhere to recoup. I think she will be fine to live with dogs but at the moment her living conditions havent been kind to her skin , eyes and feet and she has some eye inflamation and weeping which is a bit painfull for her so she is a bit grumpy when other dogs try to sniff or lick her face . So having the ability to monitor her or seperate until she feels better would be perfect. I took her to the vet today and we've got meds and treatment for eveything so she should start to feel better soon. She very people social , dog social and fine with kids . Untested with cats although she breifly came in contact with 2 of my cats today while on lead and did not react at all , so she potenally may be able to be tested further with cats and may be fine . Paddy is Vacc and m.chipped and once her current health isses are sorted ( after 10 days ) she will be getting de-sexed.
Her lump removal will need to be done at same time . I have worked in rescue in Perth for over 25 years but am currently not working directly with a particular rescue , so this is a novel situation for me . I want desperatly to help Paddy but am unable to personally bear the medical exspenses required to get this girl to where she needs to be . My family and i can make a small finacial contribution towards the exspenses and i have covered the cost of todays vet visit myself . If anyone is able to foster Paddy or offer her a home please reach out to me via facebook or on 0493404790. If any of my friends in rescue can accomadate this girl please reach out . I will if needed be happy to set up a go fund me to also help with Paddys medical exspenses . Im not very tach savvy so if ypu cant share this ypu may need to screenshot it to share . Thanks in advance ox

🚨‼️ SAVING S.A.M ‼️🚨

As a rescue who works tirelessly to save animals in need, we now need saving.

We've never done a post like this before, not in the ten years we've been inoperation, but here we are.

Saving Animals Matters, our mission is simple but important: to give animals in need a second chance at life. Right now, we’re facing one of the toughest challenges so far 😔

Our vet bills have accumulated quickly, leaving us unable to cover them and worried that we'll be unable to provide the medical care that so many cats and other animals in our rescue urgently need. In just 3 weeks we've been hit with over $20,000 of vet bills, with that number increasing (in truth it's actually well over that).

From emergency surgeries to life saving treatments, every dollar we owe is tied to a precious life we’ve been fighting to save. We hate to have to write this but we have no way of covering our existing vet bills and until we do, there's the risk our incredible vets will turn us away. We can’t do this alone- we need YOU.

💔 Without your support, we are at serious risk of being unable to continue our work and mission.

Ways you can help us 👇
✨ Donate: Every dollar counts! Whether it’s $2 or $100, your contribution can help us pay down these critical bills.
*Please remember: Every donation over $2 is tax deductible 👏🏻
✨ Share: Spread the word ✍️ by sharing this message far and wide to help us reach more compassionate people like you.
✨ Advocate: Tell your friends, family, and coworkers about the lives we’re working to save; together, we can make a difference.

Thank you for believing in our mission and for standing with us in this time of need. Saving Animals Matters and together, we can make sure no animal is left behind.

Please remember: rescue is relentless. Without rescue, too many animals would continue to suffer and not recover from the neglect some humans impose on them and care they fail to provide.

Please share🫶🏻

Assistance Required in Malaga!
We have just discovered some cats, and kittens behind our office on Marshall Road Malaga. Require assistance from experienced catchers to capture as the offices will be closed from next week, and we are overseas, so no-one to feed either!
Require a foster carer until at least 5th January - as I am back from overseas then. Or even someone willing to foster until adoption.
Any Help or Donations appreciated! Mobile 0422 210 541 Linda Bernard
