Dear wonderful clients,

​I'm writing this message with a heavy heart to let you know that Stardogs Grooming will be closing its doors.

​For a while now, I've been struggling with carpal tunnel and tendonitis in both wrists. Very recently the pain has become constant and severe, and after careful consideration, I have decided to stop grooming to avoid the need for surgery and focus on my recovery.

​This has been one of the toughest decisions I've ever had to make. I've poured my heart and soul into building this business over the past eight years, and it's difficult to let it go. However, what has made it so special is all of you—my amazing clients.

I am so grateful for the trust you've placed in me and for allowing me to be a part of your pets' lives🐾

I will always cherish the memories of grooming each of your fur babies and watching them mature over the years.

THIS IS JUST A REMINDER 📲to please call me ahead of time if you cannot attend your appointment⏰️

If you cannot attend for any reason thats ok 👍 s**t happends from time to time 🤷‍♀️ please let me know in advance so that I may offer the appointment to someone else.

Today 2 separate clients did not attend there scheduled appointments without any notification, resulting in me losing half a days pay.

I rely on scheduling of clients in order for my business to operate smoothly & efficiently⏰️

As a courtesy to all clients i send out reminder sms 24hours prior to all appointments in the hope that appointments won't be forgotten.

☎️ Please be considerate & call ahead of time if you cannot attend your appointment so that i can reschedule it for a more convenient time for you☎️

✂️NOTICE TO ALL STARDOGS CUSTOMERS✂️

Some of you may already know that josie will be taking 3 months off work soon.

So I have decided to come back & fill the gap.

I will be back grooming again for the months of JUNE, JULY, AUGUST. Then I will fly back over east to continue the rest of my trip once josie returns back to grooming end of august/early September. 🚌🏳️‍🌈✌️

I am looking forward to lots of kisses & cuddles from all of my favourite doggies as i have truly missed them all.❤️❤️

I will make another post update once I know which dates I will return & begin with taking bookings.
