Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful sunny weekend! Another week of tasks smashed again, thank you all so much 🤩🤩 This weeks feels like a lot with 19 posts so I may not reach this weeks haha but I will try my hardest!! In saying that, we have Paige and Karlee starting their very first sits for the KVC team and Georgia back with a long term client who has a new puppy addition! So be sure to watch out for those posts and stories this week as well as all the furbaby love with the furbabies I am with and yours truly and a visit with a furbaby kitty and new sister who I haven’t visited with in forever. Big week coming up! 🥰🥳💪🏻🐾🩷

This weekend I’ve had the absolute pleasure of visiting these 4 gorgeous kitty furbabies! Their pawrents have been very long time followers and tried to be a client since before the business first got started up. Sadly I haven’t been available for sits all this time but this time as they were taking their doggies on holiday I could do visits with the kitties and we finally all got to meet for the first time 😻😻 so without further ado let me introduce you to them all! We have 11yo Gypsy who is the beautiful black girl, 9.5yo Ginny the very shy Calico, 9yo Jimmy the handsome fluffy ginger boy and 5.5yo Chai the gorgeous fluffy tabby! Sadly Ginny is so very shy and timid it has been hard to get a proper pic of her as she is an expert hider and belly sprinter, but I did get one good one on today’s dinner visit. She is absolutely stunning and I’m so sad she is too scared for loves 🥲 Gypsy however has wanted loves and pats from the moment I met her and has continued in my visits haha she is such a smoochy girl and does not act like an 11.5yo! Chai I won over this morning only on my 2nd visit, I got all of the smooches and pats and she was even meowing away to me. I am still yet to win a smooch and pat from Jimmy, but from yesterdays visit to this mornings visit was huge progress, he let me put his food down and was ok with me being in the same room and I even got a hand sniff. Fingers crossed for a pats on my next one. It is always so hard with timid and nervous kitties and breaks my heart I can’t just pick them up and cuddle them so they know I just want to love them haha. But I know and respect their limits and will go at their paces. Be sure to keep an eye out on my stories for anymore progress 🤞🏻🥰😻😻😻😻🐾🩷💙

Jess - SOR - as far North as Mt Pleasant, as far East as Kwinana Fwy, as far South as Beeliar, as far West as Fremantle (some client exceptions a little beyond). Maximum stay of 8 nights.

Paige - SOR - approx 40mins from Brookdale 6112 - no number of nights limit.

Karlee - NOR - as far North as Bullsbrook, East as Kalamunda, South as Forrestfield and West as Mirrabooka (roughly). Maximum of 7 nights.

And just like that it has already been a whole week! Good thing I’ve still got 3 more to go as I wouldn’t want to be leaving these 2 anytime soon! We are having the best time having lazy days at the moment before my lot of visits start up next month. I’m loving all of the cuddles and loves I get from these 2 and being so close to the river, enjoying leisurely walks, seeing all of the bird wildlife. Sadly no cygnets yet, but I am hopeful I will see some while I am here! 🥰🐶🐶🦢🐾🩷💙

Very helpful information with us coming into kitten season. In an ideal world this wouldn’t be needed, but sadly it’s our reality 😿

❤️What to do if you find kittens❤️

With kitten season hot on our tails we would like to remind you of what to do if you find young kittens.

Please don’t touch or move the kittens unless they are in a dangerous area or injured, as the mother will probably be nearby. Just put some food and water out for the mother and keep an eye on the kittens. If they are in good condition, clean and plump then you can assume they are feeding from the mother so we can organise to trap the mother first, then the kittens. If, after many hours there is still no sign that the mother is around, then place the kittens in a box with plenty of bedding for warmth and contact your council, Cat Haven or another rescue group as soon as you can.

🌈🐾 Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day 🐾🌈

Today we remember all of the beautiful furbabies who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge, but will forever remain in our hearts. 🩷

I’ll always remember my own beautiful Marvin, Soxy and Simba, who left the biggest pawprints on my heart. I miss the three of them every single day, but I’m so grateful for all the love and memories they gave me. 🌈🐾

I also want to remember all of the beautiful KVC furbaby clients I have had the privilege of caring for who have sadly made their journey across the Rainbow Bridge. Some I knew for years, others for only a short time, but every single one was special and left a little pawprint on my heart. 🥹🩷

To every pawrent missing their precious fur, feather or scaly baby today, sending you the biggest hugs. They may no longer be by our side, but they are never forgotten and always loved. 🌈🐾

3 years ago today, I had to make the hardest decision of my life and say goodbye to my soul furbaby, Marvin. 💔🐾

He was my whole world and meant absolutely everything to me. We were lucky enough to have 16 beautiful years together, and while I miss him every single day and a little part of me left with him that day, I know he is still with me in so many ways. 🩷

I like to think he would be so proud of me and love that I get to do this amazing job, pouring all my love, care and cuddles into your beloved furbabies while you are away, helping them feel that little bit less like they are missing you. 🥹🐾

I love you and miss you more than words could ever say, my beautiful baby boy. Until we meet again. 🌈🐾🩷
