Today we received a 1 star review for shaving a dog down.
The ONLY reason we would ever do this is if there is no other choice. The dog in question was extremely matted and there was nothing else we could do. Shaving a dog down IS NOT the sign of a lazy groomer, but a matted dog.
This highlights the importance of brushing your dogs regularly.
As groomer, we always have the dogs best interests at heart.
