I focus on using simple, real ingredients that support overall health and wellbeing:

🥔 Potato – Great source of fibre and potassium, supports digestion and muscle function
🥕 Carrot – High in beta-carotene and antioxidants for eye health and immune support
🌱 Lentils – Plant-based protein, fibre and iron for sustained energy
