✨ Big Changes Are Coming ✨
We’re so excited to announce that our new products from Iv San Bernard have officially arrived — and from next week, we’ll be moving forward using them in the salon.
These products are truly next level. Developed by some of the world’s leading cosmetologists, they’re formulated using the highest quality ingredients and based on real skin and coat science — not just surface-level results.
From repairing the natural sebum balance to deeply hydrating both skin and coat, these are active products that actually work — not like your standard grooming range.
This is also just the beginning…
We’ll soon be investing in hydro ozone therapy, allowing us to support skin conditions with treatments that are:
• Antibacterial
• Antifungal
• Antiviral
• Anti-inflammatory
• Anti-parasitic
• Immune-stimulating
As many of you know, I’ve been diving deeper into the pet aesthetician industry, and it’s completely changed how I see skin and coat care. I want the absolute best for your dogs — and that’s exactly the direction we’re moving in.
With these upgrades, we’ll also be evolving our grooming services:
• Ear cleaning will now be included in grooms
• Premium skin & coat treatments will be used as standard
• Price adjustments:
– Grooms will increase by approx. $10–$15
– De-sheds will range from $20–$50 depending on coat

Saying goodbye to Steampunk Puppies is bittersweet — it’s been an incredible journey — but this next chapter is all about growth, results, and raising the standard.
We’ll also be renovating the salon for a fresh new look to match our new direction 👀
