We have a dedicated reception team who focuses on Customer Service and Satisfaction. They make sure that we maintain regular and close communication with our clients when their pets have recently undergone treatment so that the vets can better monitor their progress.

💔 Poor little Lockie, only 9 months old, was sadly attacked by another dog while out walking with his mum. He suffered bite wounds to his neck, which Dr Lauren carefully cleaned and repaired with surgery. To help out while he heals, we also gave him a clip since he won’t be able to visit the groomer for a little while 💓 Sending lots of love to this brave boy on his recovery journey 🐾

🦷✨ Nurse Gemma’s handsome greyhound Dermot was in recently for a dental procedure with Dr Tim, our greyhound enthusiast! While he was under anaesthetic, we also updated his vaccinations, less stress and all done in one go. \
After his procedure, Nurse Alice even spent her lunch break chilling with him, and Dermot happily perched his head on her legs for some extra comfort 💚🐾

🐾 Tyson was in recently for his Adolescent Health Check with our nurses! 🐶💙

An AHC is a free visit we offer around 9 months of age to check in on your pet’s health and wellbeing. During the appointment, our nurses will:
✔️ Check teeth and gums 🦷
✔️ Weigh your pet and assess body condition ⚖️
✔️ Review diet and nutrition 🍽️
✔️ Ensure they’re up to date with parasite prevention 🛡️
✔️ Give them a “happy visit” experience – no needles, just cuddles, treats and positive interactions! 🐾

It’s a great way to keep your pet on track and help them build a positive relationship with coming to see us. 💛

🐾 Flynn popped in for a social visit with our nurses today ahead of his vaccination next week!
If your pet feels nervous about coming to the vet, social visits can really help. These visits are all about building a positive relationship with our team through pats, treats, and gentle handling. We can also work on desensitisation to things like scales, exam tables, or handling paws and ears — making future visits much less stressful for everyone. 💛

🐾 Did you know 1 in 8 outdoor cats in NSW has FIV?

FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) is most commonly spread through bite wounds, often from fights between cats. Outdoor cats are more at risk because they’re more likely to encounter unfamiliar cats and defend their territory.

There’s a vaccine that can help protect them. If your cat spends time outside, it is recommended they be vaccinated.
Call us on 9631 9322 or book online to ensure your cat is protected 💜
