Sadly it’s going to remain a unique photo - never to be repeated ! Garden change all the time - some changes are more dramatic. I think there may be an opportunity for a beautiful horse sculpture to arise from the sawdust - maybe I need to consult chat got to see what it thinks with Brett Luhrmann and Lori Luhrmann

Of course Whisper ridge has two founders. One of us was totally horse crazy as a child. The problem was where to get a horse fix when you are a suburban kid? Solution? The local racetrack - it was the 70s. There were no anti discrimination laws - just hurdles and roadblocks

So close ! Everytime I think we are ready to plant the hedge a new task emerges…. it’s good to get all this drainage in place now !
The arena has developed a scary end for the moment but that is going to be short lived with the excavator up and running again today - it’s a long journey - helps to be patient and share the vision - some days i feel like a small child counting sleeps to Christmas !
