📣📣📣 A vacancy has become available for a standard horse paddock (up to 14hh to 15.2 hh) at Somerfield Farm located in Somerville on the Mornington Peninsula.

If you are an allrounder rider seeking an agistment property that has loads of riding facilities & amenities, in a clean & well presented property – this is for you!

- 60m x 20m Outdoor Sand Arena – with expansive lights
- 20m round yard
- Float parking
- Cross country jumps
- Show jumping area
- 40+ expansive trails on property
- Additional 25 acre trail riding reserve adjoins the farm
- Large 2m x 1m private lockable Tack room for each agistee
- Large individual separate Feed storage area for each agistee
- Paddock cleaning for an additional cost
- Included in monthly rate is an evening feed - fed out to your horse (with your own provided & bagged up feed)
- Under cover tie up areas
- Hot/cold wash bay - undercover
- Private paddocks with electric fencing that are divided into 3 grazing strips. All with access to a post and rail central home yard & loose box.

- Rugging & additional requests available in the evening for an additional cost.

Standard horse paddock starts from $ 500 per calendar month. Paddock cleaning is DIY or an additional cost is $130 per month.

This month was a sad farewell to one of our long term Mother Daughter Duo's - Hailey & Charlotte - at Somerfield Farm. As their herd grew it was time to move on to accommodate them & begin a new chapter. Thank you for being a part of our special village, it was delight to have you & your ponies here for well over 6 years. Hailey is always the first to lend a helping hand to others, always up for a chat, & always supportive when things get challenging along the way in our equestrian dreams. A firm farm favourite is also her daughter Charlotte, and yep the 'apple doesn't fall far from the tree' as Charlotte is also generous & supportive. She certainly left her mark here with her creative talents - most Somerfield Farm horses now wear her colourful Tail Bags & fancy mane braids. We will miss you dearly girls. Wishing you well in your new Chapter with your latest addition - Pearl! Best Wishes from all at the farm! 😘

Seasons Greetings to all from Somerfield Farm. 🎄 We celebrated alongside David & Gina last Saturday with some past & present agistees, as this is their final Christmas party after 20+ years creating & sharing their stunning property. Karen did an incredible job stylising the event as well as her gorgeous miniatures - the girls & another farm pony favourite Ruby. A very special afternoon indeed!
