✨Hartpury CDI✨

Our debut in International Senior Grand Prix was definitely one to remember! This special little horse has turned all of my dreams into reality. No matter the score or the results, I’m so proud of this horse. We had a lovely show at Hartpury having a fantastic run through the Grand Prix and our first ever Grand Prix Special. With a tricky lead up to this competition, I couldn’t have been happier with the work we produced. Lots to work on and improve but we are still learning every day!

Thank you to everyone who has supported us and made these achievements possible. A huge thank you to Laura Bechtolsheimer Dressage and Carl Cuypers for all of your support at home and at the shows. Your patience and support is second to none. Having a fantastic team really does make all the difference❤️🌟

✨Addington CDI✨

Words can’t express how incredibly proud I am of this special little horse! Dennis and I had our first International win in the Under 25’s Inter 2. Such a special moment for us. We had a super weekend, achieving some PB’s at international level with a 68.1% in the Inter 2 and a 71.7% in the U25 Grand Prix Freestyle. We are still learning and improving everyday! Loving being on this adventure.

✨Myerscough High Profile✨

Dennis you are an absolute superstar. So proud to come away with 2nd place in the Inter 2. We had a few kick the rider moments in the Grand Prix and some slight miscommunications but still a very positive round. Dennis and I are both still learning and working on our strength everyday. I just love being on this adventure with such a special horse. As always onto some more training and excited for the next one!🥰🦄

Mr handsome just doing his thing🦄

Dennis and I had a great start to the season at Vale View High Profile a few weeks ago in the Grand Prix and U25 Grand Prix. We took our end of year training into our tests and came out with some huge improvements. I really couldn’t ask for anything more from Dennis at this stage in his training. He does his absolute best for me🥰

Yesterday was a very sad day as Jake made his way back to Perth. Thank you for being on this adventure with us for the past 2 years! Dennis and I are going to miss our cowboy and our best friend. ✨Wellington CDI✨

An extremely overdue post, but we had a great time at Wellington at the beginning of last month. Having another crack in the Under 25s. Super happy with our improvements at this show. Although our scores didn’t quite represent the differences I felt, I couldn’t be happier with Dennis’s performances!

We are still learning together and improving bit by bit. Dennis’s confidence in the work is growing which I love, now to keep working on the quality and the finer details!

Just love being on this journey with this special horse. A huge thank you to Lewis Carrier Dressage for all of the training at home and for supporting us at the show. Your help and kind words are greatly appreciated!🙏

✨Hickstead CDI✨

Finally made it to spring, having glorious weather for the weekend at Hickstead. Unfortunately it wasn’t quite our weekend with not the best lead up to the show. Me being sick for the week prior with a virus meant we went a little underprepared. I was just glad to be able to ride my tests as I was struggling to do my training times the 2 days prior.

Although not the scores or work that we would have liked, Dennis did feel great in our warm ups and pre training. Just a few too many silly mistakes creeping in which really affected our marks. On a positive note we had some big improvements in other areas that we have struggled and had some good marks for certain things.

It was a shame to not put forward our best performances, but I am super happy with how Dennis is feeling and improving in his training each week. Loving our journey of working towards the GP goal!

As always onto more training ready for the next one!

The biggest thank you to my special partner Jake Wood who helped me so much when I wasn’t feeling up for it. He definitely took on the role of head groom!
