Hi everyone,

I’m sad to share this reminder again so soon, but it is essential to the safety and well-being of our team. We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, harassment, yelling, aggression, and derogatory language in our salon—whether in salon, over the phone, or via email.

Our beautiful staff work long hours, with dedication and a cheerful, friendly approach. No one in any industry deserves to be treated disrespectfully when they’re doing their best to help.

On a brighter note, thankyou for everyone else’s continued support this year.
We are so appreciative to everyone who brightens our day with nice comments, snacks and general offers of assistance.

All of you will probably know our amazing team member Ava. She’s been with us for 4 years and is one of the kindest people you will meet.
She’s currently studying Midwifery and looking for pregnant women who are happy to have her follow their journey.
We are so proud of her and want to help support her as best we can with her dream of becoming a midwife
