This school holidays has been insanely busy!!!
As a working farm/small family business, we’re not in the office full time.
Between caring for our animals, travelling to/from/working bookings, plus actually working on the farm (fencing sucks!) we’re often unable to answer phone calls straight away. At many of our bookings, due to new Child Protection laws, we’re also unable to have our phones on site with us. This may mean we are uncontactable all day – not ideal but we have to follow the law!
If it takes us a bit to return your call or message, we really appreciate your patience and understanding.
Unless it's an emergency - ringing repeatedly and then abusing me for not answering (repeatedly 🙄)really isn't necessary....
The quickest and easiest way to reach us is by email. We can then reply when we can, even after hours.... never stops!!!
