🐾 A walk is never just a walk... 🐾

Many people think dog walking is simply about putting on a lead, walking for 30 minutes, and heading home. But there's so much more to it!

Every walk is a learning opportunity. Dogs are constantly taking in information, making choices, and practising behaviours. If they spend every walk pulling, barking, lunging, or ignoring their human... they're not just getting exercise: they're getting really good at those behaviours! 😅

A tired dog isn't always a well-behaved dog. Sometimes you've simply created a fitter dog that can pull you for even longer next time! 😉

That's why I don't just walk dogs. I work with them. Using kind, reward-based methods and my dog training background, I help reinforce calm behaviour, loose lead walking, focus, confidence, and good manners during our walks.

🐶 Whether your dog needs exercise, a midday break, or a little extra guidance, they'll get more than just kilometres, they'll get quality time that benefits both their body and their brain.

Because your dog deserves more than "just a walk." ❤️

🐾 Exciting news! 🐾

It's been a little quiet on here lately while I've been busy studying and working on some exciting new projects for the future. I'm currently expanding my knowledge in dog behaviour and training, and I can't wait to offer even more to help dogs and their owners.

In the meantime, I have availability again for:

Some mornings just feel too beautiful to end. Fresh air, peaceful views, happy paws and a quiet start to the day. I honestly wish walks like this could last forever.
Regular walks do so much more than just exercise our dogs. They provide mental stimulation, build confidence, reduce stress and help keep dogs happy, balanced and fulfilled. Sometimes a good walk is exactly what a dog needs to thrive. 🌿☀️🐾

The best part of my day?
Stepping outside with a dog, tail wagging, nose in the air, ready for their adventure. 🐾
Dog walking isn’t just exercise; it’s enrichment, exploration, and social time for your dog. Every walk is a chance for them to sniff, move, learn, and come home relaxed and content.

I absolutely love spending my days with these amazing dogs and watching their personalities shine on every walk. Whether it’s the energetic explorer, the curious sniffer, or the gentle plodder. Every dog makes the day special.

The "Stylish but Safe" Dog Life
​Is it just me, or is dog gear getting... actually more stylish? ✨️ The big trend for 2026 is 'Practical Aesthetics'—think high-quality gear that actually matches your vibe.

💚 After watching The Plastic Detox on Netflix, something really clicked for me… it just doesn’t feel right anymore to pick up dog waste in a plastic bag and send it straight to landfill 🐾🌏

I’m absolutely all about cleaning up after dogs (always have been!), but I also want to do it in a way that’s kinder to the environment.
So from now on, I’ll be switching to fully compostable poo bags; small change, but it adds up when you use them every day!

One thing I’ve learned (and didn’t realise before):
Not all “eco” bags are the same…
👉 Many bags labelled biodegradable or even compostable still contain plastic (often a mix with fossil-fuel based materials). These can break down into tiny pieces or only degrade under specific conditions

👉 The better option is certified compostable bags made from plant-based materials, designed to break down properly without leaving harmful residue
If you’re keen to make a more eco-friendly choice too, here are some great options available:
• BioTuff – easy to find in supermarkets, a solid step in the right direction
• Beco – certified compostable and good value
• Oh Crap – one of the best for true plastic-free, home compostable bags

It’s not about being perfect, just making better choices where we can 🌿🐕🌴

When I first moved here, you were one of the very first people to trust me, and that meant more than you probably realise. From those early days to now, it’s been such a joy to walk alongside you (and your pup!) and watch everything grow.
Saying goodbye is never easy, especially when you’re moving so far away. I’m going to miss our chats, the laughs, and of course our walks together.
