Big news! I'll be running for charity in the 2026 Sydney TCS Marathon 42km on August 30th, and I couldn’t be more excited.

I’ll be representing the Pets of the Homeless charity, helping provide essential care like food, veterinary treatment, and support services so people experiencing hardship can keep their pets by their side.

Through Coco and the Pets, I see every day how much pets are someone’s comfort, stability, and whole world which is why this means so much to me.

Coco and the Pets has kicked this off by donating the first $1,000, and I’ll be sharing weekly training updates along the way.

Our big boy Dash 🐾

Dash, our much-loved tweenie dachshund, has been coming to us since 2020, and it’s safe to say he’s left a lasting imprint on our hearts.

A boy of routine, Dash always knows exactly what he wants and isn’t shy about letting you know. From his signature ear stretches when he gets excited to his impressive fly-catching skills, he has brought so many memorable moments over the years.

Dash was meant to fly home a couple of months ago, however due to airspace restrictions, animal transport was not permitted at the time. We’ve been fortunate to have that extra time with him, and now he is finally all cleared to travel.

His family have always been so kind and trusting, and it has truly been a privilege to care for him over the years.

Now, he is all set to head to Ireland, where his family are eagerly waiting for him. While we are so happy for this next chapter, he will be deeply missed.

We will miss his routines, his personality, and all the little things that made him so special.

Safe travels Dash, you’ve been one of a kind. See you on the flip side 🤍
