It's with sadness that I inform you all that Grubby Hounds will be closing down It's operations as of 17th of January 2026. If you have any appointments prior to this date, they have not been affected. However, if you had an appointment booked beyond, please note that I will not be able to full fill this appointment and you will need to seek an alternative (please reach out for a list of alternatives)
Some of you may be aware of the chronic health issues I have been battling with for some time now. Which has forced me to make the decision to seek alternative employment to better suit my long term health goals.
I have tried to sell the buisness in order to reduce the likelihood of inconveniencing many of my clients, yet unfortunately this has not been something I have been able to achieve. I will endeavour to list some alternative mobile services in the area that may have availability for what your pets require. I hope any inconvenience to you and your pets is short lived and you find a groomer for your needs shortly.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my wonderful clients, of whom without, Grubby Hounds wouldn't have been as successful as it is. I am going to miss each and every pooch I've had the very great pleasure of being in trusted to groom. I wish you all the very best for the future and hope to still catch you around from time to time.
