AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION. Lindt, 4 year old, female, desexed Oodle type. Currently 13kg should be more like 9 or 10kg.

Are you after the most beautiful, sweet, gentle snuggle bug in the world? Lindt is a total love. She loves so hard she doesn't want to be without you. She would like another gentle dog for company but she wants more humans than dogs so she always has a lap available.

She is house-trained, good in the car, loves a walk and rarely barks.

What Lindt needs in her new family;

🍬 Someone retired or hybrid work arrangements. She really does love hard, she can't left alone 5 days a week, 9-5, she'd be terribly lonely. .

🍬 A family prepared to make her part of their life, she just wants to be involved and is a dream in the car. No kids under 15. She's fine and respectful to them, she just doesn't want to live with them. Visiting grandchildren are fine.

🍬 We'd prefer another polite, gentle dog in the home, but we'd consider her as an only dog if you really let her be your shadow and are home more often than not.

🍬 A commitment to daily exercise and gently continuing her weight loss. She must lose weight, we can help you do it without upsetting her.

Lindt is up to date with vaccinations, is desexed, heartworm negative and has had a recent dental. She is currently fostered in Canberra but will be rehomed from Newcastle to Sydney and Canberra and in-between.

🛋Happy Sunday morning, wherever you are we hope it’s a good one!
😘Nunu and Bai, our sweet, bonded pair, will be ready for adoption in a week or so. This morning, they were spotted waking up after a cosy sleep on the bed with Millie, the resident dog, and their foster mum Lena.🩷
🩵Foster dad David suspects he may have lost his spot on the bed since these two arrived… but with snuggles this cute, who could blame them?
🩷🩷🩵These gentle little souls are thriving in care and will soon be looking for their forever home together, of course 💕

AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION. Priscilla, 5 1/2 years old, female Maltese, a tiny 3 1/2kg.

Meet dear little Priscilla. She is a princess and would like to be treated as such. She hasn't been treated like the tiny diva she is until now, but she has blossomed in foster care and adores being loved.

What Priscilla needs in her new home.

🍾 A quiet house with no kids. She is perfectly suited for an active retired couple or single who like to go for walks. Her life was terribly isolated so her fitness needs work, but she loves a snuffle around the block.

🍾 No other dogs. She is dog social but in the house she wants to be your one and only. Netflix and chill with tummy rubs is her idea of a good time.

🍾 A backyard for snuffling and access to inside whenever she wants. She wasn't an inside dog but she LOVES the couch. If you let her sleep with you her head would explode with happiness.

🍾 Her previous life wasn't ideal and she's still learning about life as part of a loving family. Her new family will need to be committed to ongoing, gentle training and guidance.

Priscilla had a sad, small life that has opened up due to the unconditional love of her foster family. We only want the best for her.

She is in foster care in Sydney and will be rehomed from Newcastle to Sydney and Canberra.

Life doesn't always work out the way a dog wants.

Dozer the Bulldogs life hasn't worked out.

His owner couldn't look after him due to failing health.
Diamond In The Ruff Rescue
saved him but TWO separate carers let them down in 2 different states.
Poor Dozer rode the highways, desperate for another carer to take him on.
Nobody did.
He ended up in a Pound.
That's usually a one way trip.

We were contacted by some of our donors about him and by Cheryl from Diamond in the Ruff Rescue.

There have been a LOT of people sharing, messaging, ringing everywhere to find a safe solution for this dog.
It just didn't happen for some reason.
Everyone seemed to look the other way despite the best efforts of many.
Cheryl from the rescue was crying when she called me.
I don't even know the lady but she was so distraught that they couldn't find anywhere for him to go.
She was devastated when he was taken to a Pound.

I know nothing about bulldogs but he's coming here in emergency care til we find him a permanent home.
I've booked him in for desexing.

I love the way people say
' I can't take him, I have a dog '.
Guess what ?
I have over 50 dogs, f**k all facilities and rarely any money, yet here comes Dozer so he can live another day.
I don't even like dogs that much !
I do have empathy and resilience though.
Learn to step up people, get out of your comfort zones and if you volunteer to a rescue to foster, turn up. Actually do it.

Dozer is apparently very friendly and loving and wants his forever person and home.
He's 4 years old I think.
