Private paddock #2 opening 1-2 horses, self service $50 1st horse, $35 second horse, automatic troughs with plenty of shade trees.

Includes free use of all facilities; Equine rubber lighted arena, equine rubber round yard, includes private stable in main barn, washbay, locking tackroom, onsite toilet & shower, direct access to off Rd trail riding (over 20k of trails) round bale feeding welcome. Boutique agistment only accepts 7 agisters at any one time. Certified, insured, instructor on-site for both lessons and/ horse training.

So I've had this design kicking around in my head for a little while and decided since I'm under the weather and having to chill out on the couch I'd be a little productive and see how they turn out.

I'm not 100% yet if they are where I want it but it's getting there.

So awesome news I have a NEW PHONE! It's very pretty and gold and the turn around with Digimob Adelaide was down right excellent. However BAD news... my old phone not only die and went to HELL it turned into an evil ZOMBIE phone and drug my poor photos, messages with it to the abyss... along with that sweet departing gift it has also corrupted my gmail back up files and therefor IF you do not hear from me... it's highly likely I no longer have your contact details... and IF I miss an appointment with you it's likely the evil death phone stole our appt from my diary and took it with it on it's way out of this realm.

Paddock opening 20 Feb. We have our large private paddock 2-4 horses coming available (2 horses @ 100wk, extra 3rd $35wk or 4th horse add $20wk).

Private entrance, paddock has two double sized fully enclosed stables (that can be opened to be one large 10m × 2.6m shelter) stables are attached to a private corral which is attached to a 3 acer private paddock. Automatic watering troughs in both stalls, corral and paddock. Tack & feed room.

Round yard & lighted arena, wash bay direct access to off Rd riding trails.
