It’s the busy breeding season and we are looking to expand our team during the season.

We are looking for part time workers who can help clean stables, assist with general cleaning and scrubbing duties and do whatever is needed.

You don’t need horse skills - you just need the ability to work hard and get things done.

You will be part of a happy hardworking team who love cake at smoko time and tell plenty of funny stories 🎂🍰☕️😂🍰

We have filled the positions for part- time workers at OVH last week. They were snapped up by a terrific crew - and now we need even MORE great people because the clients and their horses just keep coming in the door!

It’s rained, everyone is happy again and they can’t wait to breed their good mares so we need more great people like you to help us.

These are part time jobs perfect for school and university holidays as well as stay at home mums eager to get back into the workforce for some Christmas spending.

Duties include catching and leading horses, feeding and cleaning. You must have previous horse experience, be hardworking and happy and want to be part of a great team.

Look who came to visit Oakey Veterinary Hospital yesterday ! This beautiful pair of Rainbow Lorikeets came to feast on the nectar of the gum flowers around the yards and buildings. We love the joys of spring and these wonderful birds are part of the things that really make life worth living. 🌈🦜🦜

It’s a busy Sunday in the breeding season and Dr David Pascoe puts out one of the thoroughbred mares on the farm himself.

(It’s the day after Derby Day and two days before The Cup. (Wouldn’t you love to know what he and the strapping big baby c**t were talking about... )
