EP Cambridge Alpaca Stud Alpacas EP Cambridge is the one of the largest alpaca studs in the world. We run over 3500 alpacas worldwide with studs in Australia and the United Kingdom.

We breed alpacas for stud stock and for pets and regularly show our alpacas. We have alpacas of every colour, age, s*x available for sale.

Streetwise is the reigning Adult National Champion.
He has been shown once only this year to date being crowned Supreme White at the recent Coulor Classic event against stiff competition.
Sired by Benleigh Cavalier whose offspring including Streetwise won the progeny championship at the 2012 Australian Nationals.
Cavalier himself is sired by Jolimont Warrior (by the legendary Conquistador) and by the equally well-recognized dam Benleigh Flame as such entwining Purrumbete Highlander..
Streetwise’s dam side has fast become a “Royal” line at EPC Australia given the close relationship to Cambridge Authorised, our reserve champion junior male at last year’s National.
His dam’s pedigree boasts names that include Accoyo Valverde who was one of the last to leave Barreda’s, the famous Gianmarco and of course one of the founding sires in Jolimont Sculptor.
Depth of pedigree rarely seen on a working male who still holds a 17.9u, 3.7SD, 20.9CV fleece.
Currently holding spits to a hand full of our elite females.

At EP Cambridge we are pleased to announce that EP Cambridge Spellbind will be offered for sale in the 2012 AAA National Auction.

Spellbind is out of EP Cambridge Sculptress who was the 2004 Australian National Champion junior female, herself by the pure Accoyo "Sire of International Sires" Jolimont COMMISARIO and one of EP Cambridge’s top 3 females ever, Jolimont Martana.

She will be the first "Martana" line female we have ever released which in itself was a very difficult decision.

Spellbind’s sire is the other dominant and highly sought European bloodline sire EP Cambridge SPARTACUS! Spartacus himself was awarded the Sires Progeny Champion at the 2009 AAA National Show.

Spartacus and Commisario represent the 2 most dominant bloodlines in Europe today. Their progeny include a number of illustrious and proven sons such as EP Cambridge Top Account of Fowberry (2012 UK Futurity Champion sire) and EP Cambridge Navigator of Houghton (A runner up 2012 UK Futurity sire and unbeaten supreme Champion in 2009 and 2010).

The honour role perpetuated by these sires does not end there. Other high impact PROVEN sons include EP Cambridge Samson of Wellground, EP Cambridge Savabeal of Quality Line (Netherlands) EP Cambridge Blockbuster (Norway) EP Cambridge Commish Lad (Germany) Southern Commander (New Zealand) just to name a few and all of which had immediate progeny success at their countries biggest shows.

Martana who is still holding a micron count of 20.3 at 14 years of age had another notable progeny in EP Cambridge Illustrious (Ruffo) who was also a AAA National Adult Champion and is the dam of EP Cambridge Risk Taker (Champ 2010) who stands at EP Cambridge (OZ) and EP Cambridge Daredevil who stands at EP Cambridge (UK). Both males are regarded as amongst our best!!

EP Cambridge Spellbind was only shown once but on this occasion didn’t disappoint, she was awarded Champion Junior Female in 2010 at Bendigo Sheep and Wool.

We believe so much in this bloodline that we stand another one of Martana's sons EP Cambridge Litigator (Jolimont Gianmarco) also at our UK stud and who was twice Senior Champion in 2011 on the UK show circuit.

Add in EP Cambridge The prodigy (Spellbinds brother by Gianmarco) who stands at EP Cambridge (Australia) then you will see just how much we believe in this prepotent genetic line within EP Cambridge Alpaca Studs Future!!

The icing on the cake is that Spellbind has been confirmed pregnant to Windsong Valley Firedragon, the $150,000 Champion sire EP Cambridge purchased at the WV dispersal sale.

EP Cambridge will provide a re mating and Quarantine services and coordination should the successful purchaser be from overseas.

We are thrilled to advise that EP Cambridge Rolex will soon be residing in Spain.
Rolex has sired a number of cria here on our UK farm including ribbon winning progeny at the recent 2012 Bath and West Show.
Rolex who was bred on our Australian farm and came to the UK 4 years ago is by our industry shaping super sire Commissario!
Commisario was a pure Accoyo male that Matthew and I purchased from Don Julio Barreda when we did our 20?? export from the Altiplano in Peru.
He has gone onto sire Champion sons now residing in not only Australia but Norway,China,Germany,France,New Zealand and of course the UK.
The current British 2012 Futurity Champion sire is another noted "Commish" son.

When EPC paid $150,000 for Windsong Valley Firedragon to further our "coloured" breeding herd we also believed he would do our white herd no damage either!!! Well here is EP Cambridge Invictus! The first mating Firedragon had on arriving at our Australian stud farm, was to no other than our superstar female Verona. Those breeders who follow genetics closely will no doubt realise that Verona is the dam of the 2012 British Futurity Sires Champion "EP Cambridge Top Account of Fowberry". A true Super sire who astonishingly won the title with less than 10 entries- A strike rate we doubt will ever be repeated!! So here is Firedragon's first born EPC baby- Invictus! Happy Days!!!!!!

Don't forget Matthew and I are BAS judges having qualified in 2005. Both Matthew and I have judged independently and together some of the largest shows in the UK. We both have also judged throughout Europe namely France, Belgium and Germany. Having had 20 + years experience and one of the largest herds outside South America we have the experience needed.
