Just a heads up, snakes are not only around during the summer months. We have had clients calling to notify of a number of snake Incidences lately. This is a good reminder to keep lawns mowed check, wipe and maintain snake repellers keep fence lines clean and clear and be mindful of wood heaps and hidey holes.
Ellie will tell anyone who listens to have an emergency fund aside for these cases as it doesn’t need to be a death sentence. Snakes are a natural habitant with a role to play in our ecosystem.

A note to our clients. We are sorry for the inconvenience, it was a shock to us here as well. HOMESAFE ID was the microchip company whom we used to register your microchips onto the national database, has gone into receivership meaning your pets microchip will not be discoverable on the national database 😱

You will need to investigate another company to transfer your pets details to such as Central animal records, Australasian animal register or global micro animal registry. They are going to be inundated currently so be patient they will have instructions on their websites but if your a little lost pop in and we can help you with the process. If you have not held records of your pets chip number we will have them stored or a scanner on hand if you bring them to visit.
Should your pet go missing between now and then be vigilant and keep in touch with the pounds.
