Here’s a little snippet of our INGRATIATING appreciation day. We took the opportunity to showcase a few of our own and our client’s Ingratiating weanlings to our fellow West Australian breeders, trainers and friends. These weanlings are a great example of what our beautiful stallion can produce. We are beyond excited and very eager to see these babies tear up the track next year. Thank you to everyone who made the effort to travel down to spend a great day with us.

A gratifying victory in Race 2 on Karrakatta Plate day at Ascot with our 3 year old Snitzel filly “ Snitzalatte” claiming the top spot with young gun apprentice Holly Nottle 💥in the driver’s seat for the second time in as many runs. Congratulations to the team at Durrant Racing for having our filly in great order and congratulations also to our co-owner Matt Beard. 🍺🥂

Oakland Park Stud had a great result with our very own stallion Sessions having sired the quinella in the Drummond Golf Joey. Cessation beating Repossession in a gutsy run from both . Well done to all the connections involved in these two horses.

It was a favourable long weekend weekend for Oakland Park Stud with Sessions siring two very smart winners on Saturday and a winner today at Bunbury. Urquharts Bluff, bred by Forestview Farm and trained by Paul Jordan took out race 3 The Tabtouch Westspeed Platinum.
The very talented mare Jaz Session, bred by Tony Patrizi and trained by Justine Erkelens took out the feature race of the day. Adding a black type win to her name The Scenic Blast Stakes pushing her earnings to over $400k.
Sharpassa by Sessions trained by Jason Miller and ridden by Lucy Fiore won race 2 Hunter Industries maiden.
Our gelding Famous Dain( Shamus Award) trained by Pearce Racing goes one better than last start, beaten by our very own Silver Eye ( by Sessions) in a race of determination winning The Vale Colin Webster Memorial Handicap. Ridden by young gun Holly Nottle.
Yesterday at Pinjarra Queen Aria ( Pariah), trained by Durrant Racing and ridden by Lucy Fiore clocks an other win. Queen Aria put in a huge effort to secure pole position in the The Tabtouch supports Pinjarra Park Racing Handicap.

PURE SUCCESS !!!!!

Steve Parnham said “ she’s tough,has some grit and determination”.

Our 3 year old filly Pure Excess took out the Champion Fillies Stakes G3 at Ascot Park in an impressive fashion. Congratulations on a fantastic training effort by the team at Morton Racing and a great winning ride by Steve Parnham.

The team here at Oakland Park are beyond impressed with the progeny of our young stallion “Ingratiating”.

Everyone loves a daytime foaling ☀️
After torturing our night watch lady with signs of imminent foaling all night long, this lovely filly decided to enter the world long after the sun came up. This Street Boss filly is a full sister to zippy two year old Tiffany Street and stakes winner Sapphire Street. We look forward to seeing this little gem 💎 grow up.

Friend or Foe?

These two little guys don’t know it yet but they are most likely going to be tough rivals on the track.
The foal on the left is by Street Boss and is out of multiple stakes winning home bred mare “ Ihts Closing Inn”. He hails from one of our best families and is the 3rd generation of said family to be born at Oakland Park.
The second foal is by our freshman sire Ingratiating and is out of stakes winning mare Rebel Rama. She herself won over $600k on the track.
Both of these foals are stellar types with copious amount of presence and shameless confidence. What a bright and exciting future these two colts have. So, for now these two are friends ❤️

Climb On Top were the instructions and Climb On Top he did. A gutsy win by the Oakland Park bred gelding taking out Race 2 at Belmont Park today. Climb On Top is by Demerit and was ridden perfectly by Willie Pike and trained by the team at Pearce Racing
