Classic deshed for our girl, Aspen 💅🏼

Her coat was chunky, full of tufts, and in need of a makeover when she came in. Double coated breeds need extra support when it comes to shedding, and the treatments we provide are perfect to do the job (in our humble opinion) 🪴

We hit her with our 3 step treatment, and removing a lot of that loose undercoat in the bath with a gentle shampoo and conditioner specifically formulated to release the fur 🫶🏼

Then we spray them down with the final step and blow dry any remaining loose fur out, totally revitalising the coat 💆🏼‍♀️

And of course, girls as beautiful as Aspen needs all the extras 💁🏻‍♀️ so we trimmed her paw pads, trimmed her claws, and performed scissor work over her pants and tail to leave her lines looking sharp and precise

How did I (and you to be honest) get so lucky to have the sweetest gals on the team at Sunshine Coast Pet Grooming? 💁🏻‍♀️

Let me reintroduce you to Lucy. She is one of the happiest and kindest young ladies I’ve met. Lucy has a quiet and gentle nature, which helps your dogs feel at ease and safe in her capable hands 🪴

Right now Lucy spends most of her time bathing, drying, and doing de-sheds. However she is now working bit by bit on her grooming skills so she can join the girls in the groom room soon 🫶🏼

Hi, I’m Lucy. I’m 19 years old and have been working in the dog grooming industry for a little over 7 months.
I’ve always had a strong love for animals, so being able to work with dogs every day is something I genuinely enjoy.

I’m passionate about making each dog feel comfortable, cared for and relaxed throughout their grooming experience while helping them look and feel their absolute best.

One of my favourite parts of grooming is seeing each dog leave the salon happy, fresh and beautifully cared for.
