Dear Cat Napping family,

Please be advised that there will be a small price increase from 11th May 2020.

We have been working hard to keep our rates the same since 2017 and avoid passing on rising costs to our loyal clients. Though we regret doing this during these difficult times, it has become necessary.

If you already have a booking there will be no change to your rates. If you need to make a future booking, you can still do so between now and 10th May 2020 to secure the current rates before the increase.

New rates:
Snooze Shack - $24 per night (was $20)
Urban Terrace – starting at $28 per night for 1 cat (was $24)
Deluxe Villa – starting at $32 per night for 1 cat (was $28)

We thank each and every one of you for choosing to become part of our family and for your support. Whether you have put credit in your account, shared your messages of support or are a loyal customer, you and your fur kids are very important to us. We look forward to many more holidays and visits in the future!

Dear Cat Napping Family. This morning at Spotswood I mopped the floors in silence with no cats to talk to at all.
Our adored boss and founder of Cat Napping Ebony Centazzo is now forced to temporarily close our Spotswood location. After over 8 years of passion and dedication, Ebony is back to where her journey first began, at Hoppers Crossing. This location is STILL OPEN and she will be giving extra special attention to the small number of cats staying there. The team of girls at Cat Napping are heartbroken at what has happened to Ebony’s most wonderful business over the last few weeks, but we must all remember that we are very much in this together and Cat Napping is just on pause and want to be there for you when we get through this. Dear Cat Napping Family,

Due to the travel bans in place, we have decided to temporarily change our opening hours.
New hours will be 9am - 11am & 4-5pm
7 days a week

Each location will be in touch with you if you are currently using us in the coming weeks. Please be ensured that your cats are our number one priority and our care will not change.

Thank you to all our loyal customers that are requesting their money be put into credit and not refunded at this hard time.

I built this business 8 years ago with no clients, no money and no team.
If I have to, I will start all over again.
