IMPORTANT EXHIBITOR INFO FOR WEEKEND!
We are delighted to welcome you to CNCC Hillsborough this weekend for our 39th & 40th Championship Shows and we are looking forward to a fantastic event. Thank you so much for your entries and your support - it is very much appreciated.
TICK SEASON - paralysis ticks are active and they are known to frequent the showgrounds - please ensure your dogs are adequately protected and check them regularly.
KINDNESS COUNTS - we want you to have a great time and support each other - if you spot someone being a great sport, helping others or doing a good deed - please nominate them by messaging the club page (or PM Nicola) or attending the office to fill in a nomination - there will be a prize each day at presentation selected from those nominated.
There will be a multi draw raffle on Sunday drawn at lunchtime - tickets will be on sale throughout proceedings or from the office - raffle prize donations also gratefully received.
We will have a shop at the office - bring anything you want to sell clearly marked with your name and price and we will try and sell it for you for a 10% of sale price donation to the club.
The canteen will be open for proper coffee and food during the day Saturday and Sunday - please support them.
Ringside set up will be from 12 noon Friday - if you have reserved a spot it will be marked out with your name on it. Please come check with me if you are not sure.
Stafford Art starts at approx 5pm on Friday - if you have ordered Pizza (which will arrive at around 5.45pm) you are automatically entered - if anyone else wants to join please let me know asap. No running - just your creative artistic minds and talent is all that is required - there will be prizes..... and laughter.
The office will be open for you to collect numbers and printed catalogues from 7am Saturday. Catalogue will also be online from 7am.
39th Champ Show will commence at 8am sharp Saturday - the judge has arrived and is relaxing after her long flight. Puppy class numbers are small so be ready if you are junior and onwards.
Junior Handlers and Members Pointscore presentation will be during lunchbreak Saturday - Open Show will commence after Champ Show presentation and not before 12 noon.
Saturday BBQ dinner will be at 5pm ish.
40th Ruby Anniversary Champ Show starts at 8am Sunday with Property Classes during the lunch beak - entries for Property Classes will be taken on the day - please support our trainee judge.
Your show rep is Peter Conway and Steward Jayne Fisher - please be kind to them, we are grateful for their services.
The weather forecast is for days of around 20 -22 degrees slight possibility of a shower - so pack accordingly.
