Dream Companions Australian Cobberdogs Breeders & Trainers of The Authentic Australian Cobberdogs. Phil and Gail live in Brisbane and the Gold Coast Queensland Australia.

They both have Disabilities and volunteer with Disabled Children and Training Assistance Dogs. Their long Dream to Breed the True Authentic Australian Cobberdog.Donating puppies to be trained as Diabetic Alert, Autism, Mobility Assistance Dogs. To achieve this they will have Desexed Puppies Available to Family's as pets. Sometimes Breeding Stock will be made Available to fellow Ethical breeders.

Dream Companions are breeders of the Authentic Australian Cobberdog; now recognized as a breed in development THE AUSTRALIAN COBBERDOG For years we have kept our eyes focused on this breed from its allergy and asthma friendly coat The Cobberdog's social and gentle deposition that fits so well into a home that wants a dog to be a true family member. This amazing breed has many precious and sought after characteristics for assistance and therapy dog work which was and is our main focus. Mixing it's innate intuition and train ability to its often fun loving ways plus that we can do anything together demeanor. Its strong sense of loyalty to its or person or family makes it ideal for our task of helping assistance dog organizations and their clients in acquiring a life builder and life saver. Just as it was originally intended by the Breed Founders'

Our Mission is to stay true to the Breed Founder’s vision for the Breed by using authentic lines from the Founders themselves developed over decades with the reputation of producing those characteristics that are the hallmark of the breed. The culmination of these practices is the development of the Australian Cobberdog, a pure dog breed in development which is now arising out of the ashes of the Australian labradoodle and is on its way to pure breed status. Australian Cobberdogs –the new name given to protect the breed’s integrity and distinguish it from the imitations that abound- was tenaciously developed in Australia by the founders of the authentic Australian Labradoodle, using carefully garnered, very precious bloodlines which have been squandered to near extinction. These are invigorated with diverse and expressly selected new blood, rich in the wonderful traits and characteristics which were once the reliable and consistent hallmarks of the Australian Labradoodle. We are proud to be a registered breeder member of the MDBA, Master Dog Breeders Association, a global Registry for all Pure Breed Dogs. In January 2012 the Australian Cobberdog was recognized as a Pure Breed in Development with MDBA and is registered throughout the world by the MDBA which monitors breed progress and breeder processes. Since the Australian Cobberdog can only be registered with the MDBA a Breeder must be registered with and have their Breeding Dogs registered with MDBA.
