We are pleased to advise that we are reopening our doors on Monday the 1st November.

*In order to abide by government guidelines, we respectfully request that only 1 person attend the clinic with their pet and that you check in via QR code on arrival.

*If you are exhibiting a fever or respiratory symptoms or have been in close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case, please do not attend the clinic.

***If you are unvaccinated, we kindly request that you call the clinic on arrival and wait in the foyer or in your car as we will perform a contactless consult.

We are seeing an unprecedented number of patients at the moment and operating in a contactless manner has meant our workflow is slower. We ask that for any routine items (such as vaccinations, nail trims, and non-urgent items) that you please book with as much notice as possible so that we can ensure we are able to see patients that need urgent care. Please don't hesitate to ask the team if you are uncertain.

Thank you so much for your ongoing support of the team and for your patience. We know that COVID times have been trying for everyone and our first priority remains the wellbeing and care of your furry family members!

Welcome to the world baby boy! We are delighted to announce that Mayuka had her baby in the early morning hours on Monday 23/8. Mum and bub are both doing well and we send them our best wishes!

Our lovely groomer Mayuka finishes on Friday 30/7 as she prepares to welcome her first baby in August. We wish her all the best as she embarks on this exciting new chapter in her life and we look forward to seeing her back next year.
