Just a quick post about probably the most annoying thing having a small business.

NO SHOWS!

I have had 4 appointments this week that booked in, times confirmed then on the day just didn't show up, no call no message... nothing. I have always been very flexible and understanding when my clients have had something come up or are running late and call, I just shuffle my day with little disruption (thanks to alot of fabulous clients who are also flexible and switch their times around if I need) but when someone neglects to call to let me know it means that I have a baby sitter organised and paid for while I sit in my shed doing nothing and unable to bring another dog forward which means I don't make that money for the day, I have refused to increase my prices whilst everyone around me has because inflations sucks and is hard for everyone and I personally don't want to add extra financial pressure to already struggling homes especially my lovely pensioners, all I ask is that people arrive for their appointments times they booked or at least call so I can try to fill that spot and continue to provide for my family!
