What is Emmett Therapy ? Emmett therapy is a light touch muscle release therapy which uses pressure points. What is Natural Horsemanship ?

It may assist in bringing flexibility, suppleness and balance, improving performance. Help maintain and/or improve performance on your horses with Emmett technique therapy. Horses at work, in a long term, can developed poor posture which can lead to mis-alignment of the spine, subject muscles and joints to unnecessary stress, damage the supporting connective tissue and cause long-term pain. Here

are some examples of poor posture :
Spinal curve
Kissing spines
Head held too high
Short stepping
Unevenness on reins
and many more...

A good posture is important for the efficient functioning of the body. It keeps joints and bones correctly aligned for a better function of the musculoskeletal system
It minimises abnormal wear of joint surfaces
It decreases stress on ligaments and tendons
It prevents back problems
It ensures muscles are used efficiently and effectively, reducing strain and overuse. It allows optimum functioning of the internal organs and nervous system. Natural Horsemanship is the understanding of the horse's natural instinct and body language. It able us to communicate with the horse in his own language so that he willingly performs his handler's wishes without use of force or cruelty.

Does anyone remember Ghodie? He had an accident months ago and couldn't work anymore. The vet said it was a lost cause. I treated him and showed his owner how to process with his rehabilitation and she did! I'm so glad she didn't give up on him 🤗. So happy to see him walking around.

4 weeks since I met Monto and got the opportunity to lease her. A lot of treatments and training, she is looking fantastic 🤩. I love this mare she is my soulmate. I love spending time with her, she makes me smile and soothes my pain 🥰. I'm excited about our future together ❤️. Thank you Slickers you have created the perfect match 🌸.

For Sale or open for Lease: "Too"
Due to personal circumstances and no fault of her own, 2½ year old filly Brumby from Kosciuszko National Park. Microchipped, vaccinated, wormed.
Too was born in captivity, she is very social, loves people and cuddles. She is confident and can be pushy if she thinks she doesn't have all of your attention 😆. She has a lot of potential and she is desperately looking for her new home or at least a lease. Her owner is very heartbroken and only wants what is the best for her.

Today was a big day for me at Slickers Horse Riding 😅. I treated a few horses but I also got the chance to spend time with Monto. Absolute sweet heart of a horse ❤️. I am so greateful and lucky to be able to do what I love the most: looking after horses 🐎.

Went through a few old photos this afternoon and found these little gems 🥰 from 2015 back in France. Ayanna was a solid black appaloosa that I purchased when she was 6 month old. She was the absolute best. Then there was this stunning standard bred that I had to re-educate for a customer. Just came out of the races.. I can't remember his name but he was an absolute sweet heart and people pleaser. After his retraining he ended up being a fantastic show jumper.

Midnight Tokyo 🌸.
She is such a beauty 😍 and lovely to ride. She was a bit sceptical for her first treatment but now she absolutely loves it. She quickly realised I'm here to help her, not to hurt her. I love seing them so calm and cuddly after their treatment.

Glorious Ruby 🤭. Couldn't smile for the photo 😅. All she wanted from me is to get out of her space so she could go back to what she does the best: eating 😂.
Cullinan had 2 treatments for the last 2 weeks. His performance on the track has improved and also his balance. He is a much happier horse from what his rider has reported. I can't wait to see him on the race track 🙌🏽.
