It's our one month anniversary! π₯³ Our new salon journey at Shop 3/20 Main St Narangba πΆ
It has already been one whole month since we moved into our new location and acquired the clients and staff of Dogge Avenue & Co!
It has been a very busy, very crazy, but very awesome first month!
We are just now starting to get our feet back on the ground and we are getting used to this massive change and growth.

As I'm sure you can imagine, this merge has been very hectic for us and we have tried our hardest to minimize the impact it has had on our clients and the pets in our care. So we thank you so much for being patient with us as we navigated through this uncertain stage.
New safety procedures added π¦Ί
One of the most important changes we made as soon as we moved location was to add extra safety measures for your pets. This included an extra gate in reception, 2 crate-free penned areas for your pups to enjoy, and extra policies and recording procedures to make sure we have all of your information correct.
New recording and follow up system added β
We are currently in the process of implementing a recording system, so that we have your pets clipping details in your records. We already have this system for the home-salon clients, but this will be a welcomed change for our new clients. We will record at your groom what clipping style we will perform so that we don't have to ask you every time what you would like with your groom.
You will also now receive an automatic message reminder to book grooming 8 weeks after your last groom, if you have not yet booked.
New time slots and grooming duration β²
Our general rule is that your pet will be at the salon for 2 hours per pet. THIS IS A GENERAL RULE. We may go under this, and we sometimes might have to go over this.
We have implemented a time slot function on our booking system to minimize double bookings. But please note that sometimes things come up that are out of our control (we are after all working with unpredictable animals) and we may go over the time estimate we have given you. We only ever need to do this to ensure the safety of your pet and so that we can offer a high quality service.
If you rush us, this will only result in a risk to your pets safety and the grooming quality. β
So please understand, YOUR PET IS SAFE AND CONTENT IN OUR CARE. We will never keep a pet longer than needed and will never put them in harms way. Please trust us and the process. π
We DO not charge a late pick up fee β
We have removed the late pick up fee that was implemented to Dogge Avenue & Co clients earlier this year. We can't give you an exact pick up time that your pet will be ready (as explained above) and so we can't expect you to also stick to an exact pick up time.
We do charge a no show fee β
Please note that your automatic reminder message the day before your appointment is a COURTESY ONLY. It does not mean if you ignore us we will know you can't make your booking. Please show common courtesy and just inform us if you can't make your appointment. We are very lenient with our cancellation policy and understand things come up last minute. All we ask is for communication so that we can fill your spot if you can't make it.
