3 weeks to the day, 15th July, Josh will be doing the SA pickups, then heading east on the 16th.… we are already booked as far as Miles QLD, Gatton QLD, Cobar NSW, Cooma NSW, Gawler SA… and of course Forbes Working Dog Club and Auction on the 18th!

As always we try to get as close to you as possible, the earlier you book the better chance we can get there 💯

Our first run with the new truck… all done now and Josh is home resting (as much as you can with 3 youngsters and Donna is away for the week doing medical missionary training😆)

We had a great time, meeting lots of new people and dogs and we want to thank all those that contacted us to help transport your dogs!!

Thanks also to Casterton Kelpie Association hosting the Australian Kelpie Muster for booking us in, to transport the auction dogs, we delivered 15 out of the 52 sold. It’s a lot of work to organise an auction, especially with 59 dogs, so hats off to the organisers for all their hard work!!

Our next dog run, also includes an auction Forbes Working Dog Club and Auction on the 18th July! Pick ups in SA will start on the 15th and we are going airport drop off on the 16th. Msg Donna for bookings and quotes 🙂

The last dog to be delivered from the Casterton Kelpie Association hosting the Australian Kelpie Muster, Kat met her new owner Jesse today 😃 Every dog from the auction came with a bag of Enduro!

Josh still had another 24hrs or so before finishing this run, but already we are getting bookings for our next dog run in July! 💯

Starting on the 15th or 16th with pickups in South Australia, then Josh will head across VIC up to Forbes Working Dog Club and Auction NSW on the 18th July where we have been booked to attend and transport auction dogs to their new homes 😊

It will come around quick enough, so msg Donna for quotes and bookings.

Picking up the third pup from Luke this dog run, 2 have already been delivered to their new homes in QLD ☀️🐾

HINT - a great way to encourage sales of your pups, is to tag Southern Dog Transport in your sale post, and if you know a date or even the week pick up will be, include that in the post as well. A lot of people aren’t familiar and don’t know the best way to go about organising dog transport and also getting a reputable and reliable business (there are so many scams out there it’s crazy!) so hopefully you’ll be able to sell your pups quicker 😊 AND we do discounted rates for litter pups going together!!! ❤️

This is also your first look at inside our new truck boxes 😍 Notice all of storage for heaps of Enduro dog food that was included with each auction dog from the Casterton Kelpie Association hosting the Australian Kelpie Muster!!

And also Enduro has donated dog food for all dogs transported this run, very much appreciated!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Tomorrow Josh will be heading from Cooma to Yass, Albury, Seymour, Tullamarine, Terang

The Sunday on the home stretch… Balmoral, Horsham, Mildura, Adelaide before getting home to Naracoorte on Monday.

Saturday is Albury, Seymour, Melbourne, Terang

Sunday will be Balmoral, Horsham, Mildura, Adelaide then back to Naracoorte on Monday 🏡

Beloka Buddy Boy and Ike have arrived with new owners Dwyne and Claire 😀

There’s hasn’t been many photos yet unfortunately… but so far 23 dogs have been delivered to their new homes… and we are only half way through the dog run!

Josh will reach sunny ☀️ QLD tomorrow, travelling up from Guyra to Ipswich, Toowoomba, Millmerran, Inglewood, Moree & Coonabarabran NSW

Just a reminder… 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 please please please… be 5-10mins EARLY to meet Josh. If dropping off a dog that gives you a chance to walk and toilet the dog ready for the trip. Travelling 1000km per day means a tight schedule and an extra 10-20mins (or more 😳) means an extra long day for Josh and every pick up after, is delayed.
