Just returned from attending the advanced Feldenkrais professional training led by amazing Janet Auret. One can only keep on learning. Having attended the last two weeks of Feldenkrais training in Melbourne, I am now back in Coffs. This brings to conclusion my 4 years of study, and I am ever so grateful for my family and friends that have rallied and supported my journey to become an internationally accredited Feldenkrais Practitioner. I thank the endless patience and wisdom of the Feldenkrais educators and facilitators, and the wonderful cohort of colleagues who, through thick and thin, enriched my life in many more ways than 3 (Feldi speak!). I thank my coach, Sandra Pearson-Adams, for opening my eyes to a different way of riding, and of course, the beautiful horses for staying true blue. And lastly, I am grateful for the positive interactions I had with strangers in Melbourne - one who reminded me how kind and warm we can be to one another for no reason. The journey of life continues...

Love this selfie from yesterday - to the left is my coach, Sandra Pearson-Adams, the person who I consider to be one of the greatest horsewoman of the century, and to the centre is Joan Peachey, Sandra’s long time student who owns and runs the succeessful Northern Rivers Equestrian Centre. So wonderful to enjoy horsey company over Christmas lunch at Sandra’s beautiful property 💕
