Dear Clients, Just some info on what is happening at JJ's. Thank you as always for trusting me with the care of your doggos. I appreciate you. As you may have noticed from my booking site, it has been quite busy here lately. I am currently fully booked a month in advance so I remember to book with me at pick up or on the booking site in advance. Https://jjspawfectgroom.square.site.
I can always schedule a recurring 6, 8 or 10 week appointment for you. Problems booking??? Send me a message or give me a call. I will get back to you when I am between dogs or at the end of the day

* I will be taking a short break from the 13th of April until the 22nd of April. I will answer any messages or emails when I am back in the groom room.

*As of June 1st, there will be a small price rise due to the rising costs of absolutely everything. Full grooms and Mini Grooms will be increasing by just $5 and desheds increasing from $10 per service (dependant on many factors)

*Winter hours - During the Winter months I will be taking every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month off. These days will be "booked out" on the booking site to save any confusion. If you are able to make an appointment during the week, please do so. Leave the Saturdays for people who really can't come any other day.
* If you would like to keep your dog with a little extra fur over the winter months just book in for a mini groom as this will keep them comfortable, their coat in good condition and their hygiene and problem areas free and clear of matting and knots
* Pick up Policy
Please pick up your dog promptly unless previously organised. I am a one on one dog groomer. When I send you msg to let you know your dog is ready, please organise yourself to come and get your dog as soon as possible. If you are not here within a reasonable time frame (no longer than 30 minutes) you will be charged a dog sitting fee. If you need to drop off early, or pick up late you will need to organise this prior to the day. If I have a reactive dog here, it just won't work.
