I know, I know… nobody gets excited about reading policies. You’d all much rather see cute freshly groomed doggos on your feed. 😜🐾

But to help keep Total Paws running smoothly (and keep me somewhat organised amongst the fluff, fur and occasional doggy chaos 😂), I’ve put together our updated Booking & Service Policy.

Nothing scary, nothing overly serious — just a few little housekeeping things so we’re all on the same page when it comes to bookings, cancellations, payments, matting, fleas, arrival times and everything in between.

If you have an upcoming appointment, please have a quick read when you get a chance. 💜 And as always, if you’re unsure about anything, just send me a message — I’m always happy to chat.

As many of you know, I’ve recently moved away from online bookings and payments so I can provide a more personal service and better manage my schedule.

That got me thinking… what would YOU prefer?

💬 Would you like:
🐶 The option to book online AND still be able to contact me directly if you have questions or need to make changes?
🐶 Booking directly with me only?
🐶 Or is there another system that you think works really well?

My goal is to make booking as easy and stress-free as possible while still allowing enough flexibility for travel times between appointments and giving each dog the time they deserve.

A Quick Update from Total Paws Dog Grooming 🐾

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to let you all know that, for the time being, I will no longer be offering online self-bookings or online payments until further notice.

I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding and patience.

To book an appointment, please simply send me a message via Facebook or contact me directly, and I’ll happily organise a suitable time for you manually. Payments will also be arranged directly with me.

This is a temporary change while we make a few improvements behind the scenes to ensure we can continue providing the best possible service for both you and your furry family members.

Thank you all so much for your ongoing support of Total Paws Dog Grooming. It truly means the world to me, and I look forward to seeing all of your beautiful pups soon! 🐶💙
