Meet our Team... Laura Maltby - Laura started with us as a trainee in 2007, and since finishing her Veterinary Nursing Certificate has progressed to be our senior vet nurse. Having undertaken furthur tertiary training, she has now become our Practice Manager as of the beginning of 2011. She has some of the best medical and surgical nursing skills we have ever seen, but a weak spot for Border Collies (and Callum). Laura may seem quiet when you meet her, but actually has a wicked sense of humour.

Meet our Team... Jade Durbin - Jade was already a qualified Veterinary Nurse when she joined our team in January 2011, she had completed her Certificate 4 in Veterinary Nursing at the end of 2008. We are proud to say that we are lucky to have Jade on board as she is a very dedicated and talented Nurse.

Meet our Team... Alexis Martin - Alexis approached us in 2007, begging for a job because she really wanted to be a Veterinary Nurse. Well, having completed her traineeship for Certificate 4 Veterinary Nurse in 2009, we have to say that not only are we proud of her, but impressed each day with how skilled and compassionate she is as a nurse also.

Meet our Team... Dr Ian Hainsworth - Ian has been working as a veterinarian in the hills area for 20 years. In 2002 he opened Paws and Claws Veterinary Clinic with the idea of providing exceptional customer service and outstanding animal care to people both in hills and outer areas.

Dr Ian Hainsworth established Paws and Claws Veterinary Clinic in 2001.
