Plenty of good grass
slashed or mowed when needed
Paddocks don’t flood.
some paddocks have open end stables /shelters
Good water and Automatic water troughs
Electric fenced.
Taps in each paddock or close by.
Holding pens in most paddocks.

Tack and feed shed with timber holding pens.
Wash areas.
