Any scheduled appointments made between Christmas and January 9th will be cancelled in the system because the salon is closed at that time. My apologies for any issues, it’s only just come to my attention that this time was booked when it shouldnt be. If your appointment was booked online you’ll need to schedule it for later in the month. Ta

Hello! My apologies if I haven’t got back to clients in the last couple of weeks. September is chocka block and all 8am appointments taken. I do have a cancellation list so there may be some availability with a bit of luck 🍀. I’ve been blocking out times in October and some appointments will become available to book online soon! (only for clients currently on the client list) I’m still unable to take new clients at this time. 🐶 🐾 Thankyou!

Hi there. I will be away all of next week . If you have an appointment don’t fret because Jenny is filling in for me . Your dog will be in capable hands. Since I probably won’t be responding via txt Jenny can be contacted on 0481287442 if there are any queries regarding your appointment. Generally speaking we have no issue with clients dropping dogs early as long as you are aware of your appointment time ie. if you drop dog early they will most probably still be groomed in the allotted appointment spot not earlier. 🐶 🐾 💞Louise

It’s funny how some grooming salons promote “cage free” like it’s some sort of flex. Ok I don’t agree with having a line up of dogs in cages but we have some dogs roaming and some dogs that prefer the safety of a roomy crate . I’m not having a young dog jump on an old, timid or disabled dog and hurt them. Also clients don’t appreciate picking up their dogs when they’ve been playing or their ears tugged on. Often I’ll let the dog play before the groom if they are so inclined but after that I prefer them to stay clean (at least until they walk out my gate) lol. Some dogs just like their spot on the pink furry chair. That’s always a favourite. Also some dogs want to p*e on everything and I can’t be running around cleaning p*e all day and it’s unhygienic . That’s the reality vs the fantasy. You just do whatever is best for the dog and that doesn’t always mean letting them run around and sometimes it’s fine. Common sense anyone? Anyway that’s my little rant for the day lol
