Hello! When booking online please be sure to book in the right category. A bath and tidy includes a bath, blowdry, nails, pads, sanitaries and a trim around paws and face. Bath and tidy does not include a full clip/haircut. When booking for a clip please choose the category of full groom . We have had a price increase of $5 for a small groom because i have another groomer who you’ve all met by now “Jenny”. Large dog prices have all increased on par with the time (and effort 😓 😂) involved ! As a general guide a Border collie, for example, will be classified as a large dog, a medium dog is around a Cocker spaniel size. 🐶 🐾 Thankyou!

Hello! I don’t want to advertise too widely but we are on the lookout for a bather/ dryer a couple of days a week. Hours are usually 9-2/3 and flexible days. I would prefer a mature aged person . We have had a lot of time wasters so you must be realist about the job. Training is provided but you must be willing to listen and take instruction. You will get wet feet and you will get covered in fur lol but they are cute too 😬. Its not urgent which is why I’m not going to advertise on the community page also I’m just not up to dealing with some of the people that apply 😇 . You must have a strong back and no injuries (we have all hydraulic equipment) be practical, hands on and be kind and patient with the dogs. Thankyou.
P.S we are getting there with square online and hope to be live soon.

Hello! Just an update on Square online appointments. We have put most pets that are currently booked in. Thankyou Jenny Dally for all your hard work!! 🤩 Now Louise needs to stay vigilant 🤣😂. The less time we spend answering appointments the more dogs we can groom lol . Many of you will be receiving a confirmation text when your appointment is booked. Then you will receive a text on the day, prior to your appointment. This should help cut down on no shows or oops I forgot! Lol . You can cancel or rebook your own appointment at your convenience.
Everyone will benefit ! We can also structure our own day better to continue to provide quality grooming services in Mudgee.
I will update when we are going live, please note: there is currently around a 3 weeks booking time. You can opt to be put on a waiting list. I will be also working on my own on Fridays so there will be less availability that day. Also look out for cancellations where you might pop yourself in if you are quick 🤣.
We make exemptions for some of our lovely more mature clients and always offer your appointment by phone, text or Facebook message or if you want to discuss something, or address any concerns prior to your appointment.

Well.. it’s been a busy week. We actually had 19 dogs visit us in the salon today! 😅🐶. I think that’s a record! Thanks to Jenny and Amy for an awesome effort! 🤩 The dogs are certainly getting into the Christmas spirit and looking forward to Santa Paws coming this year 😋 🎅🏻 🐾.The salon will be closing on Saturday and will be reopening on Tuesday 7th January. I will be returning any messages on the Monday 6th. I hope everyone has a fabulous Christmas and thankyou for all your ongoing support as another year comes to an end. 🐕 🤶 🎄

Hello! 🐶. Please note we have little to no appointments available before Christmas and won’t be taking any more new clients until the New Year. Existing clients can be put on a waiting list we do get some cancellations before Christmas when things crop up.
