Hi everyone,
As Easter approaches, this is a friendly annual reminder to ensure everyone—including our furry family members—enjoys a safe and happy holiday.
Easter egg hunts can be a lot of fun, especially during these challenging times. However, they can also pose risks if not managed carefully.
Chocolate toxicity in pets is particularly common around Easter. Please remember not to leave any chocolate Easter eggs or bunnies where pets can access them. When hiding eggs for your hunt, make a note of exactly where you put them and how many you've hidden.
After the hunt, double-check that all the hidden chocolates have been found and accounted for. This will help keep our pets safe from chocolate toxicity.
Wishing you a wonderful Easter from the MHFVC team!
