The clubs first Trick Foundation/Starter classes last Sunday went off with a Bang !! 🐾
Thanks to all those that participated and had some fun, each week we introduce 3 new tricks and re cap on the previous week if time permitting.

TRICKS CLASSES - Starting Sunday 10th August

We are super excited for the FUN to begin 🐾🎉😍

Times- 10 & 11.30 am
Cost -$2 per dog each session
Trainers- Jennifer Walker,Helen Williams and Karen Brooksby
Where- A roped off area will be provided

INFORMATION & WHAT TO BRING 🐶

1. All welcome - Foundation & Starters sessions will see all dogs on lead during class, martingale & flat collar recommended.

2. All participants to be club members
(A reduced membership is available-$25)
Please also include recent vaccination proof

3. Sign in on day- Once arrive, leave your dog in car, pop over to verandah and sign in & pay $2 on the Tricks form provided, then grab your dog out.

4. Treats are welcomed - prefer small cut up high value, that doesn’t require dog to chew on.
High value wet treats can include - chicken, meat, cheese, prime 100, meat balls, (fritz/bacon - not too much) something your dog will ❤️ to receive.

5. Treat pouch-if available, or solid container you can grab a handful out and put in your pocket.

6. Class structure - We are mindful some participants will be newbies and others with slight experience & even some already trialling.
We endeavour to cater for all groups to our best ability. There will be 2 instructors at each session and the group will break into Foundation and Starters. With some flexibility of course.
Information will be provided on the tricks covered each week for August.

We suggest participants down load the Trick Dog Test Rules ( link below) if unable to please advise.

People can join the sessions at any time & we will try to recap on previous tricks if time at the end.

Due to Sunday’s Club Competition being cancelled tricks classes will now start one week later.

10am & 11.30 am (45mins)

I’m just advising Wednesday club competition will go ahead as normal
Setting up from 7.30
Also instructors will be meeting to discuss the Sunday’s club competition that was cancelled 27th due to weather

I would like to remind all members of club competition Sunday 27 July
We ask for members to be present at 7.30 to help with setting up please ( if possible)
Also we ask grade 4 and up to be in attendance by 10.00am
There will be a sausage sizzle running
Cost $2.00 ( ground fee) covers full morning and sausage sizzle
