1st of the Month, time to check your Hidden Fence collar battery is still active.
TESTING TIP
Take the collar off your dog and clip it up. Hold the collar strap, (careful not to touch the contact posts), and walk out to where your your Hidden Fence boundary wire is installed and wave the collar at dog height. If your battery is working you should see the LED light flashing and hear beeps coming from the receiver. If nothing happens your battery could need replacing.
NOTE: There are two types of batteries for different sized receiver collars
3v Battery for R7M and R12M - Last approx 6 months
3.6v Battery for R9, R12 Receivers - Last approx 24 Months
3.6v Battery for Smart Fence Receivers - Last approx 18 months
