Hello everyone, well, another year has come to an end, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank all our valued customers for supporting our family-owned business this year and during the past 9 years. We are very grateful to each one of you and wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a very Happy and Prosperous new year.

Our Mt Druitt shop will be closed from December 24th and will reopen on the 30th of December. Thanking you all once again and we look forward to the continuation of your support in 2024 and onwards.

Dear Valued Customers,
We would like to highlight a very important matter regarding our business.
We are a family owned RETAIL business, with 1 store located at 10 Zoe place Mt Druitt, NSW and another at 271 Milperra Rd, Milperra.

We DO NOT sell any products ONLINE and neither do we have any association whatsoever with the Paws & Claws brand. As a matter of fact we do not stock this brand in our stores. Our business is Paws & Claws Warehouse Pty Ltd, and is independent of any other businesses.

The reason we are highlighting this is because recently we have been receiving several calls from persons who may have purchased the Paws & Claws brand of products online and are not getting the deliveries due to the current situation. Most of these customers are very very abusive, and threaten to discredit our business by putting bad reviews etc. Of the 3 such calls we received today, one was from a business called Holdsworth Community. The lady was so abusive during 2 separate calls, we just cannot put on Facebook. All this was for nothing as she did not buy anything from us.

Therefore we would like to advise everyone that we DO NOT sell products online and have NOTHING to do with the Paws & Claws brand of products.

We are only a RETAIL STORE, so please do not call and abuse us if you bought something online and did not receive your delivery, we have nothing to do with it.

Finally, we would like to sincerely thank all our customers for supporting our family owned retail stores. You mean so much to us.

Dear Customers, Paws & Claws Warehouse Pty Ltd, Mount Druitt, is now open for in-store shopping, or alternatively you can still shop via 'Call & Collect' or 'Come and Collect' methods. However, we will continue to adhere to the NSW Covid -19 safety guidelines such as wearing masks, physical distancing, electronic check-in etc. We would like to sincerely thank all our customers for supporting us during this 'lockdown' period and look forward to the continuation of the support in future

Dear customers, due to the new NSW covid restrictions announced today, our business will only provide click-and-collect service as of Monday 23rd August, 2021. As part of this service, we will take phone orders only to start with until our click-and-collect platform is ready. Accordingly, customers can call us on 0435054073 and place an order and we will have the order ready for collection within 30 minutes. Payments can be made over the phone or at the door. Thanking you all for your support so far and look forward to the continuation your support in future.

I would like take this opportunity to sincerely thank all our valued customers who have supported our business for the past almost 7 years. Our business has grown significantly and we attribute our success to the continuous support from all our loyal customers. We are very grateful to you all and look forward to the continuation of your support in future. And we also thank all our potential future customers.

However, there is a matter we would like to highlight which sometimes bothers us and we look forward to your understanding. Majority of the people who come to our store are very genuine, respectful and normal people. However, every now and then, we have people who are abusive and disrespectful towards us. For example, this week we had a lady come to our store with her young child and they wanted to buy 2 large gold fish and a small aquarium (suitable only for Siamese fighting fish or betta fish). When we advised her that the aquarium she wanted was not suitable for the 2 large goldfish, she questioned us as to why she couldn't use that aquarium and where was it written in the store that that particular aquarium for not suitable for the 2 gold fish. When we tried to explain to her that gold fish normally require a filtration system and the aquarium she wanted for the 2 gold fish didn't have one and besides it was just 'common sense' that this aquarium was too small, she raised her voice and said we were very rude. After a lot of commotion , she left the store. Anyway, about 20 minutes later, her husband phoned us and accused us of being rude to her wife and child. He wouldn't let us explain as to what happened, called us 'curry munchers' ( by the way we are from Fiji and we love our curry and are very sorry if someone finds it offensive) and many other despicable things and threatened to come to our store and harm us. We had to call our son to be with us in case he came.

This is just one example, over the past several years we have been called by many vile names ( I think mainly because only ladies work here everyday, except on Sundays' ). However, we have always kept quiet and kept doing what we do.

We are not perfect, however we always conduct our business with integrity, honesty and fear of God. And if there are any issues with the products, we endeavour to rectify it quickly with an amicable solution. Therefore, we ask that if anyone is not happy with who we are or what we look like etc., and have no respect for us, we would rather that you do not come to our store. However, those who accept us for who we are, we welcome you in our store and are very thankful to you for supporting our small family owned business. God bless you all.

We are really saddened to compile yet another video of people shoplifting from our store. We are saddened because, first of all, we trust eveyone who comes to our shop and, so to see certian persons breaching that trust by stealing is saddning. Secondly, we are saddened because a lot of these thefts are being done in 'partnerships', and even involving children. And finally, we are saddened because we do not know as to how many of the 'thefts' we are not able to catch, because it is not practical for us to look at the camera all the time.

As mentioned in Compliation 1, we are so thankful to all our customers for supporting our business for the past 5 years, we are only a small business, and so it really discourages us when people do this to us.

The first clip in the video shows a man stealing an eye wash for dogs, second clip shows a lady taking out a dog muzzle from the packet and putting in her plastic bag and the man trying to sheild her from camera, third one shows a man stealing a dog collar, bit hessitant at first but he eventually tucks in his pants, forth clip shows a lady stooping to put a dog collar in her bag and the final one shows a father and son teaming up and the father tucks the collar in his pants.

Another year is coming to an end and so we would like to wish all our valued customers a very Merry Christmas and a very Happy and Prosperous New Year. Whilst our business has been good this year as usual (and we are really grateful to all our valued customers for the support during the year) we are very saddened by the ongoing fires and droughts that have affected and are affecting several families across Australia. Our thoughts and prayers are with them during these adverse situations.

We will be open as usual during this season except during the public holidays.

Once again, we sincerely thank you all for supporting our business this year and look forward to the continuation of the support in 2020 and further.
