4 Dogs Grooming Studio Mt Cotton Our Salon is a professional grooming environment that caters for the safety and well-being for all. 4 Dogs Grooming Studio cancellation and rescheduling policy.

We value your time and ours. Last minute cancellations and rescheduling costs small businesses dearly if your appointment time can't be re-filled. In order to continue to offer our services, we must strictly enforce our cancellation policy. While we ask for as much notice as possible, a minimum of 24hours notice is required to avoid cancellation fees. With less than 24hours notice, clients will be

charged 80% of normal appointment cost by way of a cancellation fee. Same day cancellations, reschedules or where a client is a no-show for their appointment, a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost will be charged.

*All cancelation fees must be paid in full before another appointment will be offered.

🐾Did you know that if your dog is on an 8 weekly schedule, they only have 2 appointments left before Christmas?!
This year has absolutely flown by.
As the weather starts to warm up, Groomers all over the Redlands will be inundated with pet parents trying to get their pups groomed. If you haven't already, please keep on top of home maintenance and schedule them regularly for a professional groom.
With Shelly about to head off on her 6 week adventure, we have very limited availability until mid October.

It's so easy to lose track of time on gorgeous afternoons like today, especially after all the rain and storms we had over the past week.
All the washing is finally dry and I'm soaking up the sun with our pups on the back deck.

We hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful weather.
There are only 4 weeks left until Shelly sets off on her 6 week adventure. We still have some appointments left before she leaves.
From mid August to early October we will have very limited availability as it will only be myself in the Salon.
