Our Salon is a professional grooming environment that caters for the safety and well-being for all. 4 Dogs Grooming Studio cancellation and rescheduling policy.

We value your time and ours. Last minute cancellations and rescheduling costs small businesses dearly if your appointment time can't be re-filled. In order to continue to offer our services, we must strictly enforce our cancellation policy. While we ask for as much notice as possible, a minimum of 24hours notice is required to avoid cancellation fees. With less than 24hours notice, clients will be

charged 80% of normal appointment cost by way of a cancellation fee. Same day cancellations, reschedules or where a client is a no-show for their appointment, a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost will be charged.

*All cancelation fees must be paid in full before another appointment will be offered.

Happy Monday, and welcome to summer. 🌞

There's only 15 days left of trade for 2025.
Due to the ever increasing cost of living and running a small business, when 4 Dogs Grooming Studio Mt Cotton
closes for the year, we will be relocating to our new studio in Victoria point.
Most of our regular clients with reoccurring grooming appointments for 2026 have already been notified of our new location.
If you have appointments booked for the new year and haven't already got the new address, please message us on Facebook.
Due to it's location, only grooming clients will have the address, as we will no longer be able to take walk-in appointments of any kind.
If you require a nail trim, simply call or message us and we will give you a suitable time frame.

All new grooming clients will be required to pay a $50 non-refundable booking deposit to receive the address and this deposit will be deducted from your total on the day of your appointment.

We are excited to share this new chapter with you and look forward to 2026 and what it has in store for us.

There's only 3 weeks until we close for Christmas. 🎅

Throughout November we've taken so many beautiful photos of your adorable babies. 📷

I currently have thousands of amazing pictures and it's so had to decide which ones to post.

Most of them are booked every 8 weeks, but some are booked every 7, 6 or 4 weeks. Because of this, almost every pup loves running over to our photo booth to get there pictures taken.

At then end of the year, im thinking about doing a big photo post to celebrate all the gorgeous pups that made this year so amazing.

As we go into December, please remember that Shelly and I will be very busy. We pamper every pup with the same care and attention no matter what time of year.
If we don't answer the phone, or get back to message straight away, please be patient.
We will get back to you as soon as possible. Leave a voice message on the land line, please don't call over and over again. This adds unnecessary stress to our day.

Wow, what a beautiful day it turned out to be. There's nothing quite like waking to the sound of rain and thunder early in the morning.

There's only 4 Sundays left before Christmas and we are fully booked for December.
Please please please, take note of your appointment date and time, as we can't guarantee a courtesy call to confirm.

As of right now, we are unable to move any existing appointments around for the rest of the year. If you have to cancel or reschedule, we have appointments from late January.

Due to being fully booked and having a lengthy standby list, we will be enforcing our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

With Christmas fast approaching, we kindly ask that everyone checks their Pup's appointments.
It's getting harder to move appointments around, and rescheduling may result in having to wait until next year.

With only 6 weeks until we close for the holidays, we've officially begun our Christmas countdown. 🎄🎅

We want to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of our amazing Clients and their pups. We truly adore and appreciate you all.

This year has been full of unforgettable adventures, meeting new family members and heartbreaking goodbyes.

Some of you still have one or two appointments left for the year, but some, we won't see again until 2026. It's crazy to wish someone a Merry Christmas and happy new year in November. 🤣

This week was a little crazy mixed with a dash of adorable!

Apologies for having to move a couple of appointments this week. I was hit pretty aggressively by the flu.

Thanks so much for those who were happy to move appointments to take the pressure off Shelly.

Also, a massive thank you to Shelly! I was able to get some much needed rest knowing that she had it sorted.
