Our Salon is a professional grooming environment that caters for the safety and well-being for all. 4 Dogs Grooming Studio cancellation and rescheduling policy.

We value your time and ours. Last minute cancellations and rescheduling costs small businesses dearly if your appointment time can't be re-filled. In order to continue to offer our services, we must strictly enforce our cancellation policy. While we ask for as much notice as possible, a minimum of 24hours notice is required to avoid cancellation fees. With less than 24hours notice, clients will be

charged 80% of normal appointment cost by way of a cancellation fee. Same day cancellations, reschedules or where a client is a no-show for their appointment, a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost will be charged.

*All cancelation fees must be paid in full before another appointment will be offered.

Welcome to the September holidays! 🏖
How are there only 13 weeks until Christmas? 🎄
We are almost completely booked out for December, with only a few small dog appointments left. 🐩

As the weather continues to warm up, Groomers all over the Redlands will become inundated with pet parents trying to get their pups groomed. ✂️

I know we say this every year, but this is why we recommend getting them set up on a regular schedule. 🗓
Having your Pup's grooming appointments set up for the year, ensure they are never desperate for a pamper.

We have limited availability towards the end of October into November. ❗️

Appointment times are important to ensure we're able to spend quality time with your pets and provide the best service possible. If you're running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not have the time to complete your desired groom, or will have to reschedule your appointment all together. Doing so, a rescheduling fee of 100% of the days groom will be charged.
We are currently booked for 2 weeks in advance for grooming services and unattended appointments mean that others are missing out and our small business suffers.
We'd like to thank those of you who rebook your Pup's appointments to ensure they never get desperate for a groom.

☀️Just a quick reminder that Shelly is away until early October.
☀️We are currently fully booked until the 21st of October. ( Depending on the size and desired groom of the dog.)
☀️Anyone who has an appointment booked before Shelly's return, at this stage, can not be moved.
☀️If you require your existing appointment to be moved, we don't have anything available until October 21st.
☀️Please, if you can't make it to your appointment, let me know as soon as possible.
☀️Cancellations within 24hrs and no call, no show appointments, will require a fee to be paid before another appointment will be offered.
☀️Cancellation fees not paid will wipe all ongoing appointments with us.

☀️A big thank you to all who respect our policies and appreciate our hard work.

Happy beautiful Saturday morning everyone.
This week i had some adorable faces keeping me company while Shelly is away.
Lots of undercoat blow outs with this weather slowly warming up.
Remember to brush, brush, brush.

I got an update this week, Shelly and her husband landed safely in London. They visited Buckingham Palace, Westminster Hall and the tower of London.
