My prices will rise from 1st June. This adjustment allows me to maintain the highest quality service and premium products I’ve always offered. I appreciate your continued support and enabling me to provide only excellence for your furbabies.

Cancellation Policy Reminder

Cancellation and no-show policies have always been in place. However, I am experiencing an increasing number of cancellations the night before an appointment or after confirmation has been sent.

Generally, I do not charge for cancellations if I can fill the appointment. However, cancelling the night before does not provide me with the opportunity to fill the vacancy. Consequently, I will have to enforce these policies to manage the financial impact of these losses while continuing to grow my business.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or a $50 fee will apply. A no-show to your appointment incurs a 100% fee of the appointment cost. I appreciate your understanding.

Here are the gorgeous Daisy and Willow modelling a longer haircut style 😍

Anything using an attachment; which is an accessory that snaps onto the end of a clipper blade for longer styling, is considered a much more intricate haircut and therefore needs even more regular grooming sessions than usual and a higher amount of at home maintenance, which keeps them looking neat, fluffy and groomed to perfection!

While all of my grooms are finished using high quality grooming scissors. Styled haircuts are generally more scissor work over clipper use throughout the entire groom.

Regular appointments are high recommended to ensure your baby’s coat stays in tip top condition.

Even through the cooler months dogs need baths and to be brushed/ combed through at a minimum. This prevents knots/ matting and keeps their skin healthy and hydrated.

We can adjust their haircut to be longer or even just a feet and face tidy up to keep the warm if you prefer 🥰

Puppy’s very first introductions is so so important. I highly recommend starting early, even if you just arrange to go in and meet your groomer for a chat and cuddle.

Choose a groomer that aligns with what you want out of your grooming session. Knowledge and a gentle hand are the most important things for first timers. Style comes later, having the knowledge to know when puppy is too overwhelmed with any part of the groom is highly important to not start off on the wrong foot and lose trust with puppies. Sometimes it takes a couple of visits to gain trust and have a puppy be about to have every aspect of the grooming completed.

I offer a puppy introduction price which is slightly cheaper than my usual price for puppies under 6months old, I do this so you don’t have to choose between not breaking the bank and ensuring your puppy gets a good start to their lifelong grooming journey.

While I use the same blueprint, I slightly adjust as needed to suit different coat types. This allows me to honour their differences in loops, swoops and flicks of their individual hair and coat types.

This why I prefer scissor styling and finishing of all my grooms 😍

Let’s talk equipment!

I am constantly looking and investing in things to make your baby’s time here gentler and let’s face it, quicker, most dogs like to get in and out and I don’t take it personally, I know they would just rather be with you.

Investing in equipment like a neck hanging dryer that is not only small and mighty but also quiet so helps to keep dryer anxieties low and keep my hands free to allow fluff drying for smooth finishes and prettier styles 🥰

My scissors and blades are kept clean, sanitised between dogs and sharpened by a professional. My clippers and dryer are kept serviced and maintained.

All of these things allow for safer and quicker grooming/ styling. Whiles it isn’t something you may see, I’m always trying learn new techniques and invest in professional equipment to ensure I can provide the best experience for your baby and keep them looking their most stylish when they leave 🥰
