Are you crazy about Fish, Reptiles and animals in general? Then this might just be the job for you! Elite is looking for a highly motivated, passionate new team member ready to be thrown in to all aspects of working in an Aquarium & Reptile store!

Applicants with prior fish/reptile knowledge are a huge plus.
We are looking for a passionate, motivated, experienced animal lover eager to bring enthusiasm to our team.
What is required:
- Availability over a 6 day roster
- Drivers Licence
- An understanding & passion for Aquatic & Reptile life
- Enthusiasm & fascination
- Training is available for the right candidate
- Are able to communicate with colleagues and customers in a positive and confident manner
- Show a willingness to learn, work quickly and in a safe manner
- Time management skills are essential
- Are able to work independently and as part of the team when required

And we are back! Our fish room is still closed to the public, but we are open the rest of this week with our normal hours!

Next week our trading hours are as follows 🥳

Monday - CLOSED
Tuesday - CLOSED
Wednesday - 9am - 5pm
Thursday 10am - 5pm
Friday 9am - 5pm
Saturday 10am - 4:30pm
Sunday 11am - 4:30pm

The renovations are complete, we are now currently getting aquariums back in and cycling, scaping the tanks and getting ready for all the new additions to arrive in the coming weeks. 😏

🦈🐍We will also be looking for a new team member in the weeks to come, so stay tuned for an awesome opportunity to join the Elite team! 🦈🐍

Alright team, we are racing in to the finish line! 🏎🏁

Starting next Monday the 28th of July until Sunday the 3rd August, the whole store is going to be closed to the public entirely while we get ready to put racks and tanks back in and start plumbing.

We will update you again at the end of next week with our opening hours for the week starting 4th of August.

While this is frustrating that we can't have all your happy faces in store for the time being, it does mean that we are edging closer to running at full capacity again and we are beyond excited for this.

Not long until we can put the renovation chapter behind us and start anew with better beginnings!

Please check below this weeks opening hours as there have been a few changes 😢 -

Wednesday 16th / 9am - 5pm
Thursday 17th / 10am - 5pm
Friday 18th / CLOSED
Saturday 19th / CLOSED
Sunday 20th / 11am - 4:30 pm

We just wanted to say, as disappointing as it is, we are on the home stretch of renovations being complete and hours returning to normal. We understand the inconvenience this may cause but are looking forward to seeing you all in store. If you're unsure about our hours, please phone us before making the trip in.

Hey folks,

We are finally making some great progress with the renovations being well underway 🥳 Majority of painting has been finished, flooring has started today and electrical just around the corner! We know its been a hot minute since the room has been closed and we are just bursting to re-open. We appreciate all the continued support through this time and we can't wait until our grand reopening 🐟

Our opening hours may be a little more all over the place over the coming weeks but we will keep you updated with any changes. With that being said our hours for the rest of the week are as follows -

- Friday / 9am - 5pm
- Saturday / CLOSED
- Sunday - 11am - 4:30pm

Just letting you know we are unfortunately closed this weekend, on both Saturday and Sunday. We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We will reopen for our reduced trading hours from next Thursday.

We should hopefully have an update next week on the timeline for our fish room to re open, we appreciate your patience and continued support through this time! 🐠🦎
