Just a little reminder that pet groomers are just that, groomer, not magicians or miracle workers. We offer the service of making your pet look and feel good.
If we are unable to groom your pet, we are not saying your pet is bad or your a bad owner, we are simply saying it’s not safe to proceed.
Please don’t take this personally, believe me I don’t want to turn work away however I’m not willing to risk anyone’s safety.
Also owner aggression and bullying won’t be tolerated, this includes online.

Thank you so much to everyone for being so understanding today. Unfortunately our little man crossed the rainbow bridge and got him wings.
