🐾 A LITTLE BOOKING REMINDER FROM LINDSAY’S PET SPA 🐾

Now that I’m back to working solo, my days are booked back-to-back, so I just have a couple of little reminders for all my beautiful clients. 💜

⏰ Please arrive just 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Arriving on time really helps me keep the day running smoothly and ensures I can give every dog the calm, one-on-one attention they deserve. When appointments run late, it can have a domino effect on the rest of the day and may mean other clients who have arrived on time are left waiting.

🚫 NO-SHOWS = FULL APPOINTMENT FEE

I completely understand that things happen, but when an appointment is simply missed, that time cannot be filled at the last minute. As a small solo business, losing that appointment time means losing that income, and it has a much bigger impact on my business now that I’m working on my own.

If you can’t make your appointment, please give me as much notice as possible. 💜

Gerry would like to remind everyone that appointments are filling fast! 😂

Now that I’m back to working solo, I have a limited number of appointments available each week. This means I can only take a certain number of beautiful pups, so booking ahead is more important than ever. 💜🐩

✨ I only have a few spots left for September!
🎄 And if you’re wanting an appointment in December, especially for the Christmas rush, please book now to avoid disappointment.

December appointments can disappear VERY quickly, and once the diary is full, Gerry unfortunately cannot perform emergency grooming appointments… although I’m sure he’ll happily accept payment in treats. 😂🐶

So take it from Gerry: don’t leave it until the last minute!

💜 I’m Back! 💜

After taking a few months away for some much-needed self-care, I’m so happy to be back grooming full-time again. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who supported my business and trusted the amazing Kenzie with your beautiful pups while I was away. Your kindness, patience and loyalty meant more than you’ll ever know.

I’m feeling refreshed, grateful, and so excited to be back doing what I love.

As some of you know, I’ve made a few changes. I’ll be working on my own for now and have reduced my hours to make sure I can continue providing the calm, one-on-one care your dogs deserve. Because of this, appointments will fill much faster than before, so if your pup is due for a groom, I’d recommend booking ahead. 🐾

And finally… how adorable is Frankie after his very first full groom today?! 😍 I think he absolutely nailed his photoshoot! 🤍

I can’t wait to see all my wonderful clients (both two and four-legged!) again. Thank you for being part of this journey with me. 🩷

Gerry was trialling a promotion today from Daycare Assistant to Receptionist… and let’s just say it did not go well. 😅 I asked him to help me make a booking, and he promptly got down and walked away. So rude honestly. 😂🐾

Safe to say Gerry will be keeping his current position for now and will not be promoted to front desk anytime soon. Though in his defense, he is still very cute and probably thinks that’s enough. 🤭🐶
