🐾 Accuracy of bookings – On occasion, incorrect dates have been provided by clients, which has unfortunately resulted in missed visits. A quick confirmation message helps us avoid this and ensures your pets are always cared for.

🐾 Consistent feeding times – Knowing when you’ve left allows us to better space visits and maintain a more consistent routine for your pets.

🐾 Pet wellbeing – Pets thrive on routine, and accurate timing helps reduce stress and keeps them comfortable while you’re away.

Happy Saturday All!! Super busy again this weekend so I may be slow responding to messages and calls but will get back to you as soon as I possibly can.
We are completely booked out for May and have No Availability for June/July School holidays as we are all taking a break over this period.
Of course as always I will do my best to squeeze your furbabies in if you need emergency care.

PHEWY!! WHAT A FULL ON COUPLE OF WEEKS!! 😩
Now that the school holiday period has come to an end and everyone is home safe and sound with their furbabies, we can breath a little bit again before another influx in a couple of weeks time.
Thankyou to Luke, Brea, James, Cat for getting stuck in and helping over the last couple of weeks we would be totally lost without you all.
To our dear clients, Thankyou for always choosing us and trusting us to care for your little loves when you’re away, we appreciate it so very much.

Holy Moly what a weekend we have coming up!! Please don’t stress if we don’t get back to messages an texts straight away we will be flying by the seat of our pants this weekend seeing well over 100 Furbabies.

Morning All! Happy Saturday!! Please remember before you leave to head away to make sure your Yards are clear of 💩, Kitty litter trays are fresh and clean and so are Tanks and Aviaries.
This of course is for the health and safety of your gorgeous furbabies as they deserve it.
Please also be aware that we charge an extra cleaning fee if we arrive to your home a there is excess 💩 for us to clean on arrival.

If your babies are in care right now they are happy healthy and safe - always remember no news is good news and if you have not received your invoice please get in touch asap as some are not being received.
